One Flu Over the Cuckoo’s Nest Flu?

It’s all so confusing. It must take massive efforts (to say nothing of high speed computers) for the CDC, Center for Disease Creation, and WHO, World Holocaust Organization, to keep track, too.
DO:
1. Refuse any and all vaccines, especially including flu shots or nasal inoculations. You will become infected (e.g, you can get the disease) and infectious (e.g., you can spread the disease). You will NOT be protected against the flu since studies clearly demonstrate that you will be more likely to get the flu, other types of flu and develop serious side effects from the shot than if you never took it.
2. Eat locally produced organic food grown by farmers you can talk to and question about whether they run Certified Organic farms or not. Join a CSA, Community Supported Agriculture organization or a food coop in your community and use as much certified organic food as you can manage.
The initial cost is more than conventional, industrial food, but ask yourself how much cancer costs when your contaminated food gives you cancer. It is, after all, the gift that keeps on giving.
3. Grow your own food indoors if you live in a severe (including radioactive) climate. Use window gardens, grow lights in your living room or a closet and share food with your neighbors and friends. Use only organic heirloom seeds.
4. Save seeds and trade them. They are precious beyond measure and must be preserved from the destruction the biotech forces want to expose them to.
