Stop the Shot Lawyers’ Video Report

Here is a brief report on the current status of the Stop the Shot litigation in the Washington, DC US District Court.

We filed our Court Complaint on October 9, 2009

We then filed aMotion for an Injunction on October 15, 2009.

Judge Reggie Walton issued an Order to Show Cause on October 21, 2009 requiring us to file a Memorandum on Standing showing our right to sue, which we did on October 23.

On October 29 the United States Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss and last night, November 2, 2009, we filed our Memorandum in Response and a Motion to Amend, seeking to broaden the case to include all Flu Vaccines and to include children who are mandated to take these vaccines.

This coming Thursday, November 5, 2009 we will be in Court in Washington to argue the Motions. Our legal team, including Dr. Gary Null’s lawyer Leslie Fourton (who will argue the Motion), Jim Turner of Swankin and Turner in Washington (for the Foundation for Health Choices), several volunteer attorneys and experts, including Larry Becraft Esq. and Dr. Paul G. King, PhD (and yours truly) have been preparing for our day in Court. If we succeed this week, the case will go forward toward a trial on the merits; if we do not prevail, we will need to file an immediate appeal.
