<\/a><\/center><\/p>\nThe Trustees of the Natural Solutions Foundation are pleased to announce the establishment of the Friendly Food Certification<\/em> Program on November 27, 2008. The Foundation, founded in 2004, is an international NGO (Non Governmental Organization) focused on health freedom. We are active and registered in several countries and are a not for profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization in the United States. In accord with the Foundation’s Mission “to discover, develop, demonstrate, document and disseminate natural solutions to the problems facing us and threatening our health and food freedom, achieving and maintaining a healthy self, community and world” the Foundation has announced the establishment of the Friendly Food Certification<\/em> Program of its International Decade of Nutrition, to support BeyondOrganic<\/em>\u2122 food standards.<\/p>\nFor more on the BeyondOrganic\u2122 concept:

<\/p>\nTo qualify for the Certification, products have to meet three criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n ~ Health Friendly
\n ~ Environment Friendly
\n ~ Worker Friendly<\/p>\n
The product may not contain or be produced with GMO (genetically modified organism) ingredients, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, antibiotics, radiation or synthetic substances and the purveyor of the product needs to show its commitment to health and food freedom by becoming a commercial sponsor of the Foundation.<\/p>\n

The Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny Friendly Food certification, or to suspend or withdraw such certification, at the sole discretion of a majority of the Trustees. All certification decisions of the Trustees are final and not subject to mediation, arbitration or review in any tribunal. The Foundation reserves all rights. The Certification is not a warranty or guarantee by the Foundation or its Trustees, which are not responsible for anyone’s use, misuse or harm from such use. The Foundation intends to issue certifications based upon information it may have about the product. All such information and its deliberations are private association expressive activities, not subject to public disclosure or review.<\/p>\n
