The International Health Regulations (IHR) pursuant to Article 21* of the Constitution of the World Health Organization (WHO) came into force in June 2007 and allow the General-Director of WHO to declare an international health emergency. This was accomplished when a Level 6 Pandemic was declared by WHO on June 11, 2009. <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Reuters predicts that WHO will announce its call for mandatory “Swine Flu” vaccination as early as Monday, July 13, 2009.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

“GENEVA, July 10 (Reuters) …WHO will probably hold a media briefing on Monday to issue guidance about the need for a H1N1 influenza jab, a WHO spokeswoman said on Friday.”<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Once WHO declares a Pandemic or international health emergency, <\/span><\/b>WHO has the authority to order forced vaccinations around the world.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The World Health Organization created a program way back in 1972 to get rid of large numbers of people through vaccination. Through their Task Force on Fertility Control they investigated both male and female infertility vaccines. <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

They ultimately perfected female sterility vaccines containing both adjuvants (immune system irritants) and a female hormone necessary for human pregnancies to carry to term (Human chorionic gonadatrophin, HCG). Injected into the body, women produce antibodies to HCG so they destroy that essential hormones during every subsequent pregnancy. Some people have questioned whether State Laws do, in fact, allow for involuntary quarantine upon refusal of vaccination or other treatrment in a pandemic or public health emergency. Indeed they do!

Read Minnesota’s 2008 law and see for yourself. Most US states have similar statutes. <\/span><\/b>We believe that Minnesota’s laws are typical.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Here is one excerpt from it,<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

“12.39 INDIVIDUAL TESTING OR TREATMENT; NOTICE, REFUSAL, CONSEQUENCE. ….<\/p>\n

Notwithstanding laws, rules, or orders made or promulgated in response to a national security emergency or peacetime emergency, [that is, the State has its own laws to cover the situation – REL] individuals have a fundamental right to refuse medical treatment, testing, physical or mental examination, vaccination, participation in experimental procedures and protocols, collection of specimens, and preventive treatment programs. [BUT<\/i>… – REL] An individual who has been directed by the commissioner of health to submit to medical procedures and protocols because the individual is infected with or reasonably believed by the commissioner of health to be infected with or exposed to a toxic agent that can be transferred to another individual or a communicable disease, and the agent or communicable disease is the basis for which the national security emergency or peacetime emergency was declared, and who refuses to submit to them may be ordered by the commissioner to be placed in isolation or quarantine…”<\/p>\n
