\n HR 4173 is a “banking reform” bill and very bad business for you, thanks to Rep. Waxman. It has already been passed by the House of Representatives and goes far beyond finance issues. Waxman made sure that language in it can be used to undermine and gut the protections we depend upon, secured for us by the 1994 legislation called the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA).<\/p>\n

Without DSHEA, the FTC can essentially rip your supplements off the shelves, as regulators have been happy to do in Canada and the EU.  This is the malignant “HARMonization” as promised by the FDA when DSHEA was first passed. We warned you what was planned; we need to respond the most powerful way we can: by concerted ‘PUSH BACK’!<\/p>\n

Congress said the people could speak freely about the benefits of nutrients. FDA said, “Not if we can help it…” and they’ve worked to undermine our access to high potency nutrition ever since, using a bureaucratic “death of a thousand slices” — taking away our vitamins, one at a time. These attacks on our health must stop!<\/strong><\/div>\n
