Thank You,

Mr. PAUL (for himself, Mr. JONES of North Carolina, Mr. DUNCAN, Mr. DEFAZIO, Mr. BARTLETT of Maryland, Mr. BURTON of Indiana, Mr. MILLER of Florida, and Mr. BISHOP of Utah)

These Honorable Gentlemen of the House have introduced a bill to end, at long last, the gag rule with which the nutrient-hostile FDA has used to suppress both free speech and important health information!

This bill is a salvo in the war on health. But this time, the salvo is from our side. Like the Revised Vitamin and Mineral Guideline, this bill takes back the terrain and reshapes it to our liking. Now our job is to give it enough support so that it sails through both Committee and a floor vote. Introduced by our friends in Congress (and about to be endorsed by still others on our team), these Representatives are friends of both freedom and health freedom. HR 4282 overturns decades of suppression and oppression of manufacturers and marketers who have been harassed, threatened, put out of business and generally attacked by the government that is supposed to be on their side.

In a brilliant move, HR 4292 not only allows brief, 3 sentence health claims supported by science (what reasonable person could argue, after all?), it also shifts the burden of proof that a health claim is false to the Government, the accuser, in other words, where it actually belongs.

It's time to saddle up that Freedom Mouse, get on that critter and ride! Each time you click "Send" you'll be sending a letter to each of your members of Congress. When you join the Citizen Petition and endorse the Revised Vitamin and Mineral Guideline, you'll be building consensus for health freedom.

In about an hour General Stubblebine and I will be heading off to the airport to catch a plane to Bonn, Germany. We will be attending the Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses (CCNFSDU). While there, we will be speaking with as many delegates from as many countries as possible to discuss the adoption by their countries of the Revised Vitamin and Mineral Guideline to end world hunger, enhance world health and prevent cataclysmic under-nutrition. These are the same people, you may remember who, when we told them what "Risk Assessment" to set micro doses of nutrients was going to mean to their people uniformly said the same thing to us: "Help us!". So help them we will, and, in the process, help ourselves. Adopting the pro-health Revised Vitamin and Mineral Guideline will be a step toward global health. Let's take it, shall we?

We are presenting the strategy to bring about he same change of terrain (Codex the Deadly to Codex the Beneficial) to our friends in Congress.

The more support you can give this effort, the better! If you have not signed the Citizen Petition, please do so now. In fact, if you signed it before the second revision on October 20, please sign it again! And don't forget to send a letter with your comments to

A speech on the floor of the House yesterday made it clear that the FDA is on a rampage: manufacturers are being raided and intimidated by an unparalled number of letters and "visits" to their premises left and right. Your right to know what benefits natural products offer you should not be gagged and the people who provide things we want to use that compete with drugs should not be treated like enemies of the state. Or perhaps they are enemies of the state if the state is Big Pharma.

And speaking of people who provide good things, don't forget to visit www.EatSafeEatSmart.com, the unique boutique for GM-free, organic stuff for your mouth, your body and your health freedom!
