Here is a look a the projects underway right now or being initiated in the near future by the Natural Solutions Foundation.

1. eDeclaration of Planetary Health and Freedom Rights

Giving due reference to the UN Declaration of Rights, The World Health Organization Declaration of Health Rights and the WHO Global strategy for Diet, Physical Activity and Health, the World Medical Association’s Declaration of Helsinki, the Wilmont Declaration and common law principles such as the The Herbalist’s Charter of Henry VIII, this document sets forth basic health and freedom principles for humanity to serve as a guide for national policy, organizational focus and NGO activity.

2, Legislator’s Health and Freedom eHandbook

In conjunction with the internationally significant Codex Two Step Process developed by our Codex Working Group and building on the existing legislative language which the natural Solutions foundation, in conjunction with advisors from other health and freedom organizations, the Natural Solutions Foundation proposes the creation of a Legislative Handbook to guide Federal and State legislators in reforming and “reframing” the legislative landscape to support health and freedom choices for consumers, purveyors and practitioners. Just as the Natural Solutions Foundation Codex Book (“Codex two Step Process”) () provides an example of the application of the legislative and regulatory framework which nations can use to protect their people and food supply from the errors embodies in Codex, so this handbook would provide a framework from which legislators can work. Other handbooks are in the planning stage.

3. New Media Communication Strategies for Effective Penetration of Information and Options

Tapping into the new internet expertise and creativity available to us, we have developed a program to capitalize on the working principles of the internet to shift from old media communications to new media ones at, as Bill Gates would say, “…the speed of thought…” Simply putting the equivalent of a page of printed matter up on the internet is no longer sufficient for effective communication. These new strategies, which the Natural Solutions Foundation is currently implementing (but which we propose for sharing with other members of the health and freedom community) include:

i. Participatory New Media Health Freedom Symposium where creatives and organizations which need their creativity can come together to create a synergistically productive outcome unforeseen by either segment before the meeting.
ii. Social Networking to attract and hold the attention of the internet user community world-wide. Through video, “FaceBook” – like virtual communities, YouTube postings and other “New Media” options, the Natural Solutions Foundation is radically changing its place on the internet and becoming a world leader in Health Freedom New Communications with the highest internet traffic ratings of any health freedom site or organization.

iii. Documentary film making can be part of either the old media or the new. We have chosen, with the collaboration Ecological Options Network to make it part of the new media through an innovative programmatic multimedia strategy. Instead of commissioning a full length DVD on Health Freedom and the Codex Agenda, we have instead evolved a program of stand-alone segments in a Health Freedom Library dealing with each of the current “hot button’ issues relevant to health freedom. This will allow the health freedom movement and the wellness industry to have information rapidly and accurately become available allowing us to build our circle of influence’s awareness and energy, generate funds, spur debate and educate decision makers on these issues. After completion of the rapidly generated health Freedom Library modules, the final interactive documentary/eresource will be produced as a permanent part of the new media.

4. Development of the Natural Solutions foundation’s virtual webstore, www.Organics4U.org.

Because we see the potential so clearly to simultaneously support the Wellness Industry and the health Freedom Advocates and practitioners who depend on its products through the use of the virtual store that we have created, we would like to develop-p an affiliate program allowing all health freedom organizations who are members of the working coalition to participate and help fund their activities while showing their strong support for clean, unadulterated health products and services. A Supporter’s Emporium is currently being developed to allow other goods and services to become available to the growing member base of the health freedom movement.

5. International health Freedom Advocacy Coalition of Health Friendly Countries and NGOs

The Natural Solutions Foundation has developed an unparalleled network of health friendly developing countries through their on-the-ground advocacy at Codex and in the home countries of the members of this emerging power center. We have developed exceptional access to health decision makers (e.g., Dr. Laibow addressing 43 Health Ministers in Mombasa, Kenya on HIV and Avian Flue prevention strategies and other related issues as well as Codex implications for their people’s health and longevity). These nations actively seek our participation in their decision making process.

For example, a large and important developing nation sought our legal and medical review of its new supplement regulations and we were able to significantly influence the proposed very low upper limits to alter them to much more liberal ones). The Natural Solutions Foundation has been invited by the entire West African bloc to conduct a series of training and policy meetings in Africa prior to codex meetings to assist that bloc in developing their positions and their choreographed responses to Codex items at the forthcoming meetings. In fact, such a meeting was scheduled which included the Presidents and Ministers of health of all 16 west African nations just prior to the last Codex Alimentarius Commission meeting (July, 2007). Funding was promised but failed to materialize so the meeting was never held. The trust and faith which the emerging pro health collation of developing nations’ places in us was exemplified when, because of scientific information provided by the Natural Solutions foundation to our friendly countries, fluoride was prevented from being approved as an additive in infant formula for healthy babies. This decision was taken through our advocacy, over the vigorous objection of the United States, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, BrazilArgentina, thus demonstrating the power of the model. and

While many issues pertain most strongly to the developing nations, there is an urgent need for leadership domestically as well as internationally on issues like vaccination, especially compulsory vaccination; other forms of compulsory drugging and limitation of factual information about the health benefits of food and traditional, natural and advanced therapies. The Natural Solutions Foundation has played a pivotal role in alerting and activating consumers and decision makers to these issues.

It is important to note that the Natural Solutions foundation’s continuing presence at Codex has allowed the Health Freedom voice to have a clear window on the interrelationship between adverse policies brought forward in Codex and the implementation of those same adverse policies through domestic regulation and legislation.

6. Creative Legislator Education (mistakenly called “lobbying”) and Litigation programs to preserve, protect, defend and restore Health and Freedom domestically and internationally.

With sufficient financial support from industry and interested donors, we believe that the legal recourses open to us are of significant potential in establishing case law to solidify health Freedom domestically and internationally.

1. The Natural Solutions Foundation has retained an experienced legislative consultant, Charles Frohman. Ideally, this activity, which currently employs the Trustees of the Foundation for 4 days a month in Washington DC . The relationships being developed have allowed us to engage in productive dialogues on a number of issues with Members of Congress.

2. We have supported the co-sponsorship of legislation to prevent parents from being forced to vaccinate or medicate their children (the importance and timeliness of which was tragically demonstrated on November 17 when 1600 parents were threatened with jail and fines if they failed to vaccinate, or in some cases, re-vaccinate, their children when either the school had lost their records or the parents did not wish to have them vaccinated.

3. The Natural Solutions Foundation has taken the lead in calling for hearings on the process of divesting the FDA of its food regulatory responsibility and numerous legislators are now seeking our input for legislative language for bills of interest to them.

7. Health Freedom Score Card

Working on the conviction that Health Freedom must be a topic of vigorous debate in the Presidential election discussion, the trustees of the natural Solutions Foundation were delighted to comply with the request they received from a Presidential Campaign to draft the Candidate’s Health Freedom Plank. Through a Health Freedom Score Card, which asks 19 tough questions of the Candidates regarding their public health freedom policies we have brought the issue into greater prominence through nearly 100,000 emails and faxes to the Presidential Candidates.

8. Citizens petitions

Authorized by the First Amendments, Citizens Petitions are a legal mechanism to challenge government policies. We have initiated a Citizens Petition to force the FAD to abandon its declared harmonization policy with Codex restrictions on nutrient values. About 125,000 Americans have joined the Citizens Petition through signed documents.

Additional Citizens Petitions are in the planning stage.

9. International Decade of Nutrition: Hope for the Word through dynamic empowerment and the dissemination of natural solutions to the ancient twin scourges of mankind: hunger and disease.

Part of the solution to the health freedom threats lies in the Natural Solutions Foundation dynamic and far-reaching “International Decade of Nutrition”. Because we understand that there is enough information already available to solve the world’s hunger problems and to eliminate most of the diseases of under-nutrition and water-born, parasite and other organism-based diseases, the Natural Solutions foundation has inaugurated a program to

1. Reclaim sustainable organic farming and disseminate the necessary advanced and under-utilized, low-tech, high impact technologies to allow farmers to gain the economic advantage to resist Agribiz and stay in their communities and on their farms while growing food without pesticides and other chemicals

2. Apply already existing, but little known technologies to eliminate parasitic and other organism-based diseases without the use of dangerous and expensive pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fungicides and other toxic chemicals through the use of inexpensive, effective and easily managed options

3. Widespread dissemination of information which empowers and reinforces the autonomy of populations currently disenfranchised from access to traditional, natural and advanced therapies.

Conclusion: the time has never been more opportune for strategically significant alliance by serious and successful groups in the health Freedom movement to exploit the opportunities developed by the Natural Solutions Foundation (supported by astute and sophisticated donors who understand the gravity of the threat and the potency of the opportunity which we bring to the planetary community and the domestic one as well).

Below is a letter written by one of our supporters to a US Congressman who decided to “inform” his constituent that we had nothing to worry about because the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2011 protects us all [NOT! This was an act we acted against long and hard until the SGW Congress – that is short for “Spineless, Gutless, Worthless” – passed it by unaimous consent at the very last moment of their session, despite all the promises we had to do no such thing!- Dr. Rima].

Not only that, but the Congressman, Amy Klobuchar, of Minnesota, trusts her government so strongly (despite the least shred of evidence that such trust is warrented, by the way, and a lot of powerful evidence to the contrary, that such trust is totally misplaced) that she has introduced a bill called the Food Safety and Rapid Response Act setting up [God help us all] “Food Safety Centers of Excellence”. The problem with “Solendra” type Federal Food “Safety” initiatives is that the failure of the crony corporatist “plants” in the agencies [for example, consider the former Monsanto lawyer who heads FDA “food safety”] will result in not just financial harm to the taxpayers, but actual, physical harm to the food consumers as the real nutrient value of industrialized food continues to be degraded.

I’m sorry but I don’t have any faith in the EPA, USDA, or the FDA. For one I know that fluoride was banned as a rat poison due to it being so toxic. Hitler and Stalin used it in the Concentration camps, and the Gulags to keep there prisoners dumb and less ambitous. I don’t believe injecting Fluoride, Formaldihyde, Aluminum, and Mercury into our bodies keeps us healthy.

I’ve been studying GMO’s for 4 years now (since constuction is flatlined). The old saying still stands “You are what you eat.”

What I’ve found is that GMO’s are a game ender. People or anything that eats GMO’s will become sterile and sickly. I’ve talked to a couple beef ranchers that was feeding there livestock GMO corn. This is exactly what they told me.

I’m also familiar with all the people in the USDA & FDA that were in one way or another connected to Monsanto and the Bio- Chemical companies (43 of them in the last 20 years). Conflict of interest? I’ll bet there stocks are making a killing! Talk about entitlements.

I’m also familiar with the fact that Monsanto does the tests for the FDA. They only do testing for 3 months. Why so short? I know why so short. Because if it went 4 months there would be detectable side effects from there GM diets.

I’m also familiar with Dr. Seralini’s 2 year study on NK603. This confirmed everything I’ve suspected. It destroys kidneys, liver, virtually everything in the endocrine systems, and sterility. I suggest some one watches this video I’m sending. That rats prostate gland is as big as a healthy 160 lbs.mans. This is in a rat that weighs about 2 lbs. They also have tumors as big as the rat itself.

I’m also familiar with Californias Prop 37 and all the fraud, misrepresenting, and bald faced lies all the Bio-Chemical companies and there supporters did. By law they should be doing 20 years in prison. Even though these companies are concidered people, I know this will never happen because of our Just-Us system. This is why most people have little or any faith in our Federal government, and taking it to the state level. GM labeling will come up in Minnesota’s next session. I’ve gotten my State Rep. (Ernie Leidiger) and State Sen. (Julianne Ortman) to support manditory labeling. I wont stop with them either. I’m keeping several of our state lawmakers abrest of what I’ve found about GMO foods.

I seen the dirty politics that happened in Vermont and Connecticut last year. I believe that was extortion pulled by Monsanto and crew. The people of the USA know that there voices are ignored and the corporations rule the day. This fact is in plain site for those willing to look. I found it interesting that Russia put a ban on GMO’s a couple weeks after Dr, Seralini and CRIIGEN study came out. Russia is also planning on being totally organic by 2015 I believe it is. There are about 60 nations in the world that have banned or has manditory labeling to date. That list keeps growing.

Dr. Don Huber has been warning us about the dangers of GMO’s for years. He was also a Colonel in the USAF for over 41 years and was Associate Director of the Armed Forces Medical Intelligence Center. What do GMOs and Chemtrails have to do with your life (and death)? A great deal.

It turns out that heavy metals, one of the constant constituent poisons of chemtrails, are great at inducing “horizontal gene transfer” or the movement of foreign genes into your own DNA.

Where do the foreign genes come from? All those untested, unleashed GMO crops that are contaminating our farm lands, our animal feed and our food.

Rather than neat little puzzle pieces that only fit where there is an opening for them, inserted genes are unruly, disruptive and disrupted information bits. They have been, literally, shot from guns into the genetic material of another spcies and have no place in which they fit within the genes of their unwilling (and unsuited) host.

They move from place to place inside the genetic package of the cell’s nucleus, and, as they do so, they change the genetic activity of the genes nearby.

In addition, additional genes beside the ones that are supposed to safely [SIC!] and predictably [SIC!] confer desireable [SIC!] traits to the engineered organisms are introduced into these organisms. Antibiotic resistance genes, for example, make it easy to test for the presence of modified cells, but also make the spread of antibiotic resistence so wide that more and more diseases can no longer be treated by antibiotics, creating novel and potentially devastating man made epidemic potential of unthinkable proportion (unless, of course, you use Nano Silver, the universal antibiotic – see www.DrRimaKnows.com for info on this remarkably important product).

Another horror show, of course, lies in the fact that the cauliflower mosiac virus, commonly used to promote genetic transfer in the GMO process, is in itself, toxic to the immune system. In fact, there is evidence to suggest that the devastation of the CD4 cells attributed to HIV/AIDS may be due instead to the presence of this now-ubiquitous, and quite dangerous, virus in our feed, food and fiber. We may be dying from GMOs in yet another way.

Horizontal Gene Transfer takes place when genetic material is introduced into cells without reproduction. Bacteria do it all the time, even across species. And they handle it quite well most of the time.

But mammals do not unless they are under significant toxic stress from heavy metals, for example, or heat shock.

Chemtrails are rich in toxic heavy metals such as:

• Aluminum
• Magnesium
• Barium and barium salts
• Lead
• Arsenic
• Uranium
• Sharp titanium shards
• Mercury and non metals such as
• Mold spores
• Mycoplasma
• Unidentified bacteria

They produce severe weather conditions including drought and extreme heat so that both mammals and plants are toxic and stressed.

The evidence is mounting that stress and heavy metal in the presence of “loose genes” and promotor viruses are causing potentially cataclysmic changes to the genome of — everything and everyone.

Life is dependent upon soil bacteria, for example. Kill them or render them non-functional andfood production ceases, no matter how many toxic chemicals you pour on the soil.

No one has examined, and halted chemtrail spraying or GMO use because of, their impact on soil bacteria.

But the problem does not end there. You are dependent on the bacteria of your gut, skin and mucous membrane to provide immune and digestive services. What happens when they are disrupted by toxic metals and wandering genes? No one knows, but we do know enough to understand that the combination is anything but good.

And your own cells? Your infant’s cells? Your grandmother’s cells? All at risk and all being experimented upon without your consent as if you were a lab animal or a slave, or an enslaved lab animal.

The time has clearly come for a halt to all involuntary experimentation: vaccines, chemtrails, GMOs, drugs, agrochemicals and increased radiation from irresponsible and fundamentally insane energy strategies like nuclear reactors.

“Be a Vaccine Refuser with Me” — Legal Considerations

Maj. Gen. Bert Stubblebine (US ARmy, Ret), President of the Natural Solutions Foundation, and Rima E. Laibow, MD, Medical Director have invited us all to become Vaccine Refusers with them. I am Counsel and Trustee of the Foundation and am proud to say, I’ve become a Vaccine Refuser with them.

This article discusses my understanding of the legal considerations of that position, as Counsel to the Foundation. In my case, I base my refusal on my sincerely-held religious beliefs, but others may have had a prior adverse reaction or other medical condition, such as Genome Disruption Syndrome, which provides a medical contraindication to further vaccinations.

People are concerned about the consequences of being a Vaccine Refuser. It is my considered professional opinion as an attorney that, under the US Constitution, you have an inalienable right to control your own body and what is done with your body. You are a free person, not a slave.

Let’s start with the case often cited as the “lead case” in vaccination law, Jacobson v. Commonwealth of Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905). This case is often erroneously cited as authority for mandatory vaccinations.

The case is rather more nuanced and announces compelling authority for Federal Court intervention in vaccination matters. While giving due deference to the State authorities, the Supreme Court reserved for the Federal Courts the right to intervene in matters where health and life may be at stake:

“…if it be apparent or can be shown with reasonable certainty that he is not at the time a fit subject of vaccination or that vaccination, by reason of his then condition, would seriously impair his health or probably cause his death.”

While Jacobson did not prevail in the Supreme Court, it is to be noted that he never alleged harm or peril of harm; he only alleged that the mandating of the emergency influenza vaccination was ultra vires the state’s authority and the $5.00 fine imposed was unconstitutional. Jacobson was never actually forced to be vaccinated and history shows us that the $5.00 fine was later vacated.

Furthermore, the case was decided before the comprehensive Federal pre-emption of drug approval that is now embodied in the laws empowering the FDA. It is the failure of the Federal authorities to abide by existing legal requirements that drugs be “safe and effective” and that new vaccines be safer than older vaccines that gave rise to litigation in which the Foundation was involved during the 2009 Swine Flu Vaccine Panic. That litigation, in state and federal courts, led to the collapse of the 2009 vaccine mandates.

The argument for Federal court action in the face of a potential for the vaccines to “seriously impair” health for those who are mandated to receive the vaccines, is far stronger now than it might have been a hundred years ago, before the meta-studies and other experience that shows the potential harm that wide-spread vaccination must cause.

Congress adopted the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (42 U.S.C. § 300aa-10 et seq.) precisely because vaccines do cause harm and are uninsurable. The legal maxim, “No harm without a remedy” applies here and the Supreme Court in Jacobson instructs that it is not to be understood to be holding “that the judiciary would not be competent to interfere and protect the health and life of the individual concerned.”

Approval of any drug (including a vaccine) by Federal Authority is now a necessary prerequisite for that drug to be lawfully available to the public in commerce. Such approval is a necessary prerequisite for any state mandate for the forced use of any such drug, since Jacobson holds that the courts should intervene if there is “reasonable certainty” that a person is “unfit” for innoculation since the procedure would “seriously impair… health…” Without the statutorily required showing of safety, we cannot have any reasonable certainty, thus no mandate can issue.

Individuals and families have a number of lawful alternatives to vaccines. There has been a nearly universal adoption of religious exemption laws. Medical excuses are also universally available.

Additionally, during a pandemic, individuals and families have a clear right under American legal practice and under international law to self-shield.

Voluntary, at-home self-shielding and (if necessary) self-quarantine are viable, practical and easily available alternatives to mandated vaccination, isolation or incarceration in relocation centers during a declared “pandemic emergency.” Since the process is entirely voluntary, it preserves the rights and freedoms of the people and families choosing to self-shield.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) states that Quarantine is usually defined as “to separate and restrict the movement of well persons who may have been exposed to a communicable disease to see if they become ill.” (the proper term regarding persons who have already become ill is “Isolation.”)

The Red Cross tells us, “…both quarantine and isolation may be compelled on a mandatory basis through legal authority as well as conducted on a voluntary basis.”

Self-shielding is taking voluntary steps to shield oneself and family from exposure to potential pathogens (or toxins or untested and uninsurable vaccines) while self-quarantine is when someone who has been exposed takes voluntary steps to separate from others (such people who exhibit symptoms are said to be in “isolation’).

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights asserts, “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home … Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference…”

The National Strategy for Pandemic Influenza concludes “limitations on gatherings, or quarantine authority may be an appropriate public health intervention.”

And the Red Cross also states, “Modern quarantine includes a range of disease control strategies that may be used individually or in combination, including: Short-term, voluntary home curfew…”

And finally, the Department of Defense, in its planning, states, “Quarantine… applies to the separation and restriction of movement of well persons presumed to have been exposed to a contagion. Quarantine may be enacted at a home or other residential facility. It may also be voluntary or mandatory.”

Quarantine therefore has a significant legal foundation, and the law recognizes the existence of voluntary self-quarantine or self-shielding at home. The primary issue then is, “How does one prepare for at home self-shielding?”

Every family, every individual, has a right to refuse medical treatments that violate conscience. This is clear from the Helsinki Declaration.

These steps offer you significant protection from the dangers of a natural or weaponized pandemic, while an uninsurable “Pig in a Poke” vaccine may only offer you the opportunity to come to harm. We believe “Do No Harm” is the first rule of good health.
