Please honor our efforts by respecting the eBook copyright.<\/p>\n<p>The time left before we confront the January 1, 2013 Fiscal Cliff is <em>very<\/em> short and the financial impact upon us &#8211; and our ability to direct the movement and use of our assets &#8211; can hardly be overstated.<\/p>\n<p>If you were among the nearly 100 people who participated in the special November 18, 2012 webinar,  you know how &#8211; and where &#8211;  to bring your assets and your values together while protecting those assets from US Government seizure, punitive excise taxes and other FATCA-related punishments inflicted on those with success and resources.<\/p>\n<p>The Fiscal Cliff is nearly upon us. Pundits and politicians agree that your assets are ripe for picking through increased taxes and outright confiscation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The US Government has already positioned itself to do a great deal of damage to your financial security and, with it, your ability to protect those you care about.<\/strong> Counsel Ralph Fucetola, JD is ready to assist you in moving your assets, including IRA\/401, other pension programs, securities and liquid funds out of the country rapidly before draconian penalties are imposed for doing so.  As Counsel Ralph explained, starting on January 1, 2013,  banks will be held responsible if they do NOT withhold 30% of the money sent offshore for investment but they will NOT be held responsible if they do withhold it without justification. Try to get your money back? Surely you jest.<\/p>\n<p>Frankly, it is not at all clear what the regulations will be for offshore investment and equally unclear whether it will be possible for the Fund to accept any assets from US Citizens.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Right now there are three bills before the Congress to restrict access to your own funds in banks. <\/strong> How much?  Under what circumstances?  None of that is clear yet.  The only thing crystal clear is that the US is attempting simultaneously to halt the flight of capital overseas and at that same time curtail your movement if you are a US citizen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are as concerned about this fiscal attack as you are.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For that reason the Natural Solutions Foundation has identified and created an escape hatch for your assets, open only until December 31, 2012.  After that, any assets remaining in the United States may be subject to increased taxation and even seizure.<\/p>\n<p>Protecting your assets is critical. We understand that time is absolutely of the essence.
