You see, according to Mochizuki, the fearless editor of Fukushima Diary, www.Fukushimadiary.com, the US is about to restart its importation of Fukushima beef to the US on October 23, 2012.
Read that again. Fukushima beef. Restart import.
Where is it rumored to be heading? High end restaurants!
Radioactive fish have been swimming onto our plates since Sec. State Hillary Clinton signed an accord with her opposite number in Japan to stop monitoring the fish that came to our tables for radiation and to start importing that fish again. That was in August.
The new policy takes effect in just a few days. Say good-bye to your favorite high end restaurants! Something new on the menu: the beef glows brighter than the candelabra!
