Good News From the Land of Eternal Spring: Chiriqui Province, Panama! We have some wonderful forward movement to report to you, with regard to our expressive association Eco Demonstration Project in the beautiful bountiful, temperate Panamanian Highlands — the Arc where we hope to preserve the health and food freedoms that are at risk in the US, EU and elsewhere.

Yes, we are more than just words… we are action to discover, document, develop, demonstrate and disseminate natural solutions… First, the story of the web page that would not die:

Many months ago the Foundation received an inquiry from some people who were considering the VotM as their possible home but who did not want to go through the exercise of building their own house. They asked if we could build it for them instead.

We thought about that for a while and, since we want to have a Valley of the Moon Eco Construction Company as a Joint Venture, said, “Sure!” and came up with a pricing structure. We built a web page to give these and other folks the information they needed to consider that option and said that the land, full participation in the VotM community and a nice sized house would cost a certain amount of money.

The folks who were initially interested decided that they were looking for something else and, frankly, we forgot about the web page. Then, lo and behold, within about 3 days of one another two people wrote to us and stated that they wanted to know more about the VotM and cited the numbers given on that webpage.

At first Ralph, General Bert and Doctor Rima sort of stared at each other, saying, “Where did that number come from? How come two different people are quoting it?” and then one of us remembered The Page That [apparently] Would Not Die.

We found it, changed the content to bring it in line with the actual cost of a BIC and sent out emails to the folks. But how many of you reading this thought that it would cost $375,000 to participate in the project?

It does not.

A full Beneficial Interest Certificate is associated with $75K participation. This entitles you to select a buildable lot, secure goods and services of the Foundation enterprises at Co-Op prices, participate in community governance and receive interest at or above the Prime Rate of Banco National de Panama.

Now, on to the land! Tonight was a highly successful one as we talked with people about their participation. One very awake, alert and tuned in lady confirmed her interest in the VotM project and pledged to take a BIC as soon as her IRA funds have been rolled into the self directed IRA at Equity Trust. We are really appreciative of her commitment because this lady is lively minded and like minded! And we are appreciative because her commitment brings us closer to purchase!

Then, in another conversation, a BIC holder told us that he is quite concerned (as are we) that this prime piece of land will be scarfed up by someone else so he agreed to match a loan of up to $50K with a corresponding loan. Thus, if you are ready to loan VotM $50K, this gentleman will match it with another $50.

In every community creation project there are two fundamental types of participants. There are the pioneers, who can tolerate uncertainty but have the vision clearly in mind, and the settlers, who prefer to build what has already been begun. Both pioneers and settlers are vitally important to the life and development of the community.

Right now, however, we need pioneers with the funds to make this happen.

Oh, yes, today we toured the land with a retired Civil Engineer and talked road building.

There is no fully developed road on the land. There are tracks, but that is it. So, until now, the way to build the road, and what it would need, has just been speculation.

Today’s tour of the land opened up some much more grounded discussion and made it clear that the road we were thinking of building, a loop road between the 5 gigantic “meadows” of the property was practical, is not the right answer. Instead, we revised our plan to a simpler, modular design.

Now that’s exciting!

Another question which emerged from our discussion with the retired Civil Engineer was timing. How soon could we begin to build? We all know that the dollar, and with it, the world economy, is imploding. We all know that getting food in the ground is an essential part of economic and community survival. We also know that getting our facility built, with our homes, our hotel, our restaurants and recreation area, seminar and performing arts center, etc., going, will take a good deal of time,.

If we purchase the land next week, we’ll have, let us say, 90 days to do our due diligence (with the deposit in escrow).

At that point, assuming that the land we wish to purchase turns out to be what we want it to be,we give the owner a large chunk of change and then the land is ours to farm, to build upon, etc.

As Max, in Where the Wild Things Are, said, “Let the Wild Rumpus Begin!”

How close are we? Assuming that the generous matching loan I told you about, gets used because someone steps up to the plate to lend us $50K, we are less than 1 BIC away from the land. Just one and a loan of $50K. Donations work fine, of course, and are perfectly good ways to get BICs.

Well, that’s it. You know conditions in the US will not get any better. You know the time is short. If we do not buy the main parcel now, we may find that we waited too long. We have therefore determined to move ahead expeditiously. It is the view of the trustees that we have a fiduciary responsibility to those who are already participating, to guard the value of their risk-taking. Based on appraised value, once we have committed to the purchase, we will reestablish the value of a BIC to reflect the increased value.

Fatal FDA Follies

You know that the FDA is so riddled with corruption and industry influence, that the good men and women who work there as scientists wrote to Obama after his election, but before his inauguration, pleading with him to clean house there1. Of course, no new broom swept the FDA clean.

New Users Fees will increase the ownership of the FDA by Big Pharma to the tune of a 65% increase, we have learned. All in all, the increase means the Fraud and Death Administration, which approves the leading cause of death in the US, properly used drugs and vaccines, will get a budget increase of a whopping 23% from $3.3 Billion to $4+ Billion.

Big Pharma, Big Chema, Big Agribiz and, even more horrifyingly, Big Biotech literally own the decision makers there. Big Pharma provides more than half of the FDA’s operating budget through “User Fees”, which are, in essence a tax on the end use, the patient, since the cost is passed directly on to the consumer. Worse, these User Fees turn the FDA, which is supposed to regulate the drug industry, into its client.

Add to this the fact that FDA decision makers are, astonishingly, permitted to own patents, stock options, shares, receive research grants, speaker’s honoraria and other significant financial rewards from the companies, and for the products, that they are approving and you can see why so many deadly drugs, like the Rotovac© Vaccine, Vioxx© and Avianda©, along with dangerous ingredients like Thimerosal, are regulated into high-profit marketability.

The User Fee hikes mean that Big Pharma’s contribution to its own regulatory agency will provide more than $1.1 Billion of the Agency’s 2011 budget.2

The LA Times Reports:

“The healthy increase in the face of the sagging economy and a debt-ridden federal government is a testament to 1) the FDA’s increasingly complex responsibilities monitoring a global supply chain in both food and drugs, 2) to a perception that the agency has been underfunded for many years, and 3) to its new duties as a regulator of tobacco. The FDA’s budget has swelled by 78% since 2008 and no agency programs are on an Office of Management and Budget hit list of line items slated for extinction or downsizing.

The increased spending would allow the FDA to add 1,200 jobs, expanding its workforce by 10%. Key boosts in spending for 2011 include $318 million to improve food safety, $215 million for anti-smoking programs and $100 million to improve the safety of drugs and medical devices.
More than one-third of the 2011 budget — about $1.5 billion — would come from user fees paid by businesses that make payments for FDA services such as evaluating new applications for drugs and medical devices. The FDA is collecting about $920 million in user fees this year, so the new figure represents a whopping 63% increase.

The increase in the “budget authority,” or tax-funded component of the budget, is relatively modest by comparison, rising 6% to $2.5 billion from $2.36 billion.”3

What does that mean for you? That more dangerous drugs and vaccines will be on shelves and in doctor’s offices, waiting to make a profit that is to die for.

Bill Gates Opens the Depopulation Floodgates

Oh, yes, the FDA, along with its playmate, the Phama Phunded WHO, has another little surprise in store for you: Permanent infertility without your knowledge or wish.4

Dangerous vaccines, approved at the behest of the FDA’s ownership, Big Pharma, are not only untested, unnecessary, unsafe and uninsurable (which is why we are suing the FDA to prevent any influenza shots, including the H1N1, from being used on people) but that they are knowingly designed to produce widespread permanent infertility and thus, population reduction against the wishes, and without the knowledge, of the women rendered infertile.

The Natural Solutions Foundation has been telling you this for quite some time and have so stated publicly. Many people have a hard time believing it, especially since it involves the World Health Organization, a seemingly high minded and benign organization. We know, of course that it is no more that than the FDA is.

“The idea of using vaccines to covertly reduce births in the Third World is also not new. Bill Gates’ good friend, David Rockefeller and his Rockefeller Foundation were involved as early as 1972 in a major project together with WHO and others to perfect another ‘new vaccine.’

The results of the WHO-Rockefeller project were put into mass application on human guinea pigs in the early 1990’s. The WHO oversaw massive vaccination campaigns against tetanus in Nicaragua, Mexico and the Philippines. Comite Pro Vida de Mexico, a Roman Catholic lay organization, became suspicious of the motives behind the WHO program and decided to test numerous vials of the vaccine and found them to contain human Chorionic Gonadotrophin, or hCG. That was a curious component for a vaccine designed to protect people against lock-jaw arising from infection with rusty nail wounds or other contact with certain bacteria found in soil. The tetanus disease was indeed, also rather rare. It was also curious because hCG was a natural hormone needed to maintain a pregnancy. However, when combined with a tetanus toxoid carrier, it stimulated formation of antibodies against hCG, rendering a woman incapable of maintaining a pregnancy, a form of concealed abortion. Similar reports of vaccines laced with hCG hormones came from the Philippines and Nicaragua.”5

AOf course, once the citizens of the developed nations stayed away in droves from the bogus H1N1 “Pandemic” vaccination, their governments came up with a plan to get rid of multi billions of dollars worth of useless vaccines: dump it on the third world!

“In the aftermath of the most recent unnecessary Pandemic declaration of a global H1N1 swine flu emergency, industrial countries were left sitting on hundreds of millions of doses of untested vaccines. They decided to get rid of the embarrassing leftover drugs by handing them over to the WHO which in turn plans to dump them for free on select poor countries. France has given 91 million of the 94 million doses the Sarkozy government bought from the pharma giants; Britain gave 55 million of its 90 million doses. The story for Germany and Norway is similar.

As Dr. Thomas Jefferson, an epidemiologist with the Cochrane Research Center in Rome noted, “Why do they give the vaccines to the developing countries at all? The pandemic has been called off in most parts of the world. The greatest threat in poor countries right now is heart and circulatory diseases while the virus figures at the bottom of the list. What is the medical reason for donating 180 million doses?” As well, flu is a minor problem in countries with abundant sunshine, and it turned out that the feared H1N1 Pandemic “new great plague” was the mildest flu on record.

The pharmaceutical vaccine makers do not speak about the enormous health damage from infant vaccination including autism and numerous neuro-muscular deformities that have been traced back to the toxic adjuvants and preservatives used in most vaccines. Many vaccines, especially multi-dose vaccines that are made more cheaply for sale to the Third World, contain something called Thimerosal (Thiomersol in the EU), a compound (sodium ethylmercurithiosalicylate), containing some 50% mercury, used as a preservative.

In July 1999 the US’ National Vaccine Information Center declared in a press release that, “The cumulative effects of ingesting mercury can cause brain damage.” The same month, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) alerted the public about the possible health effects associated with thimerosal-containing vaccines. They strongly recommended that thimerosal be removed from vaccines as soon as possible. Under the directive of the FDA Modernization Act of 1997, the Food and Drug Administration also determined that infants who received several thimerosal-containing vaccines may be receiving mercury exposure over and above the recommended federal guidelines.”6

GMOs: Genocidally Modified Organisms

If you have been following the Natural Solutions Foundation’s health Freedom Action eAlerts for some time, you have read numerous articles and studies showing just how dangerous GMO “foods” really are. You know that they contaminate species other than their own, increase herbicide and pesticide use and intake, reduce genetic diversity, sow economic and social havoc, cause infertility, auto immune problems, loss of babies in the womb, and a host of other serious problems. You also know that they are approved for sale in the US without any labeling by the industry-friendly FDA. You recall that Dr. Barbara Schneeman told a Codex meeting on labeling GMO “foods” that the US knew that consumers overwhelmingly rejected GMOs but the FDA thought that was a mistake, so they forbade the labeling of GMOs to prevent people from rejecting them in error! (Oslo, 2008). You know that they are untested and that the FDA and USDA MAY NOT examine safety testing, or conduct any, yet they approve them for widespread human and animal use. If you visit our Health Freedom Blog and look for “GMO Files” in our search engine, you’ll find a great deal of scientific documentation making it clear that GMOs are astoundingly dangerous and shockingly untested.

You will also know well that GMOs are being pushed on Africa as a way of controlling the population there? Studies show that organ damage follows ingesting GMO corn for just 90 days7 and that fertility and successful pregnancies are strikingly reduced through eating GMO foods8 and that cancer is related to eating GMO “food” as well.9

“GMO crops have never been proven safe for human or animal consumption. Moreover, they are inherently genetically ‘unstable’ as they are an unnatural product of introducing a foreign bacteria such as Bacillus Thuringiensis (Bt) or other material into the DNA of a given seed to change its traits. Perhaps equally dangerous are the ‘paired’ chemical herbicides sold as a mandatory part of a GMO contract, such as Monsanto’s Roundup, the most widely used such herbicide in the world. It contains highly toxic glyphosate compounds that have been independently tested and proven to exist in toxic concentrations in GMO applications far above that safe for humans or animals. Tests show that tiny amounts of glyphosate compounds would do damage to a human umbilical, embryonic and placental cells in a pregnant woman drinking the ground water near a GMO field.

One long-standing project of the US Government has been to perfect a genetically-modified variety of corn, the diet staple in Mexico and many other Latin American countries. The corn has been field tested in tests financed by the US Department of Agriculture along with a small California bio-tech company named Epicyte. Announcing his success at a 2001 press conference, the president of Epicyte, Mitch Hein, pointing to his GMO corn plants, announced, “We have a hothouse filled with corn plants that make anti-sperm antibodies.”

Hein explained that they had taken antibodies from women with a rare condition known as immune infertility, isolated the genes that regulated the manufacture of those infertility antibodies, and, using genetic engineering techniques, had inserted the genes into ordinary corn seeds used to produce corn plants. In this manner, in reality they produced a concealed contraceptive embedded in corn meant for human consumption. “Essentially, the antibodies are attracted to surface receptors on the sperm,” said Hein. “They latch on and make each sperm so heavy it cannot move forward. It just shakes about as if it was doing the lambada.” Hein claimed it was a possible solution to world “over-population.” The moral and ethical issues of feeding it to humans in Third World poor countries without their knowing it countries he left out of his remarks.

Spermicides hidden in GMO corn provided to starving Third World populations through the generosity of the Gates’ foundation, Rockefeller Foundation and Kofi Annan’s AGRA or vaccines that contain undisclosed sterilization agents are just two documented cases of using vaccines or GMO seeds to “reduce population.”10

By the way, what makes people in the Third World sterile, sick and suffering when they eat it, makes you that way, too. This is not a problem of the haves and the have nots. This is a problem of they tyrants and the free men and women they are seeking to oppress and kill – us.

FDA budget windfall from hidden consumer tax

FDA Budget: More Money for the “Fraud and Death Administration”

The FDA’s budget will increase by an astounding 23% under a plan being discussed in the media and Federal administration. The Los Angeles Times, in a copyright article, reported, “The Food and Drug Administration is a major exception to the Obama administration’s freeze on discretionary spending in the 2011 budget.”

The story also revealed that “More than one-third of the 2011 budget — about $1.5 billion — would come from user fees paid by businesses that make payments for FDA services such as evaluating new applications for drugs and medical devices.”* On closer view, about eighty percent of the budget increase is from these ‘fees.’

It is interesting to analyze just what these ‘user fees’ entail. Sometimes govt acts like a private person, providing a service and charging for it. Admission fees for national parks or monuments, and the like, fit into that category of true user fees. More local levels of govt charge fees for filing copies of deeds and the like. These are also true user fees, charged to the actual user of an actual service. There are many more examples.

We must distinguish these from the ‘user fees’ (actually, taxes) charged by a govt agency for the ‘privilege’ of being regulated. That sort of charge to a business always gets passed along to the consumer who, involuntarily, pays the extraction. This is a type of hidden tax and should be accounted for as any other tax.

And what will this agency, that Dr. R on Paul has told us “abuses power,” do with all this extra money? Reduce the general taxes used by the agency? No. That goes up too. The money will be used to increase its work force by ten percent, showing truly:

“He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance…”

Will this increase in bureaucracy finally reverse the scandal of over a hundred thousand people each year dropping dead after correctly using FDA approved drugs? Nearly half the drugs the agency approves are later withdrawn from the market or restricted.

Clearly the campaign to protect food and natural remedies from the clutches of the FDA must continue; stopping John McCain’s fake “Dietary Supplement Safety” bill, DSSA, at the start of March 2010 is in no way a final victory against those who want to impose the international restrictions of Codex Alimentarius on our American dietary supplement, food and natural remedies rights.

For Health Freedom supporters who are involved in the Tea Party, we’ve started a new forum on the Tea Party ning.com web site. We’d appreciate your comments on the forum, since an active forum will be noticed by others. See below for link.

The Trustees of Natural Solutions Foundation seek to form the broadest alliances for health freedom. That’s why, for example, during the transition from Bush to Obama, we made sure “Health Freedom is Our First Freedom” became one of the Top Ten Social Issues on the semi-official Change.org site. Now a new popular movement seems to be growing, commonly known as the Tea Party, named after the famous patriot action in Boston Harbor on the eve of the American Revolution.

So we’ve created a facility to engage with the Tea Party to make sure the idea of health freedom remains part of the general understanding of the people in that movement. Essentially this civil society movement stands for limiting Federal power to the enumerated authority set down in the Constitution. This is consistent with the health freedom of choice we urge. At the same time various political groups seek to distort the message for partisan advantage.

Here’s the introduction we’ve posted on the Tea Party Forum:

“Health Freedom is our First Freedom” is the slogan of Natural Solutions Foundation’s Health Freedom USA campaign, founded by Maj Gen Bert Stubblebine (US Army ret) an Oath Keeper and Dr Rima E Laibow MD. I’m the third trustee of the Foundation and a retired lawyer. I’ve been an activist in the Constitutional Conservative / Libertarian movement since 1964 and the Barry Goldwater campaign, a supporter of Dr Ron Paul since the days of the National Committee to Relegalize Gold of the 1970s, and a libertarian advocate for health freedom throughout my career.

We want to engage in discussion with the Tea Party regarding how we can restore Constitutional Limits on government power regarding health and food issues. We are especially concerned with Forced Vaccination, Forced Medication, Unlabeled GMOs, HARMonization of our liberties with international restrictions, such as Codex Alimentarius (the World Food Code).

Currently we seek to educate Congress regarding the dangers of legislation like the two fake “safety” bills before the Senate, S.510, on food “safety” and S.3002 on dietary supplement “safety.” Each bill is designed to make the country safe for Big AgraBiz, Big Pharma, Big Finance and Big Govt, rewarding the FDA, an agency that Dr. Ron Paul says “abuses power” with more unconstitutional power to abuse.

Health Freedom is our first freedom because without it, all our other freedoms cannot be enjoyed; as Thomas Jefferson said,

“Liberty is to the collective body what health is to every individual body.
Without health no pleasure can be tasted by man;
without liberty, no happiness can be enjoyed by society.”

And he is facing a month in jail NOW because he asked his supporters to tell Judge Gettleman about their diet experience and their support for Kevin. 300 people used the Judge’s public email address, it is said, “crashing” the emai system. That so enraged the judge that he sentenced Trudeau to 30 days in jail! Is it possible to “crash” an email system with a few hundred emails? Of course not. And even if it were, it’s still free speech, just like it was when you “crashed” the FDA’s comment system in 2007 with 198,000 emails, stopping the agency’s anti-CAM gudiance.

UPDATE: SATURDAY, Feb 20, 2010: “The Chicago Sun-Times reports that Kevin Trudeau won’t go to jail today. An appeals court granted his emergency appeal today and said it will hear it next week.” Why was 2010 Health Freedom War Council speaker and radio personality Kevin Trudeau ordered to jail by a Federal Court? What was his “contempt”? He gave out the public email address of said Federal judge and 300 citizens sought to petition the judge for redress of grievances… surely a ‘terrorist’ act!

Speaking Health Truth Carries Jail Time in the US?

Jim Folsom is 60 years old.  He believes in (as I do), and sells (as I do not) Rife devices.  These frequecy-emitting health tools are legal to sell in the United States as long as no claims are made for them.  The FDA and FTC, engaging in their on-going criminal collusions to kill yet another safe and effective technology which people might want to use instead of drugs (exactly as they are trying to kill colloidal and nano silver, www.Nutronix.com/naturalsolutions, the universal antibiotice), brought criminal charges against Jim Folsom for making “false” claims and selling an illegal device.  Jim was convicted in a Federal Court of making false claims because a book, published 50 years ago, uses the word “Cure” in its title!

Before you decry the outrage perpetrated by the jury, you have to ask “Why didn’t the jurors do better for Jim?”  The answer is even more chilling than the sentence the judge handed down:  ALL of Jim’s witnesses and ALL of his evidence was kept from the jury by motions from the agencies and the collusion of the Court. He was tried by a jury that was not allowed to know that it has the power to refuse to convict “despite the law” — this Right of Jury Nullification is how bad laws used to be overturned by the community, but this essential Right of the People is hidden from the juries and truly, no one in America today ever receives a true, Constitutional trial by a jury of his/her peers!

He has been sentenced to 51 months in jail, including the 10 months he has already spent in custody.  The FDA wanted to impose a sentence of 15 years, the “Sentencing Guidelines” call for 11 years.  Oh, and by the way, the FDA has asked the Court for permission to destroy the evidence by destroying every one of the Rife machines they seized, including the device that PROVES that Rife devices are “grandfathered” under the law! Jim was raided by armed FDA Marshals who violated his freedoms by the bagful.  Now the government wants to violate all our freedoms by denying that Rife devices have been around since before the medical devices law. Attempts by constituted authorities to deny historical reality are usually an indication of the moral and intellectual bankruptcy of the system. It is terrible and sobering to realize that good people like Jim Folsom are victims to the lies that lie at the heart of the Federal control system. How long will Americans allow themselves to be victimized by their alleged, and ever so self-serving “protectors?”

You may remember our Open Letters to other folks in the Health Freedom Movement and the absolutely underwhelming response they got.  This time, however, it would appear that things may have shifted for the better. We hope to see, and bring you, many more such good followership items from other Health Freedom activists! Let this be a major sea change!

The Natural Solutions Foundation firmly believes that the more we work together, the easier it will be to move from Push Back to Take Down!  This petition is a moderately good recounting of the health freedom issues. While not exhaustive, there are a number issues enumerated here which we have brought to you previously in what we believe to be effective tactics for real change.

We don’t all agree on all the items in the list, but the activists who drafted it are mostly good people and mostly allies, so we are happy to seek additional signatures to the Health Revolution Petition. While a laundry list of items of this sort may not bring about administrative, legislative or judicial changes as our far more targeted Action Items can and do, it will serve as notice to TPTB (the powers that be).  For that reason, we suggest that you sign this petition to serve yet another notice that we care – deeply – about these issues.

A Bitter Brew for Freedom

When the State uses its immense power to oppress those who criticise it, we have tyranny, pure and simple.

Like the Tea Party Movement or no (and, when it comes to Constitutional issues, it does not matter if you do like them or not) it is nothing short of a constitutional exercise of First Amendment Rights, precisely as Kevin Trudeau’s speech “offense” and Jim Folsom’s research “crime” are.

The Breaking News, Hot Off the Presses latest assault on the right to free speech is the assault on the Tea Party Movement. The morass of legal and tax complications which these organizations are suddenly being told they must wade through sucessfully is intended to be daunting and dangerous so that the organizations can always be pulled up short because they did not do this or that exactly right.  It takes a lawyer to figure it out. We’d like to help the Tea Party survive and grow because we believe in free speech. We need competent legal advice for them to do so. Under both the Constitution and recent case law, it is possible to engage in expressive association activities without becoming political parties or action organizations; a recent Supreme Court case which makes it clear that the First Amendment trumps goverment political speech regulation.  After all, the speech rights it gave to corporate persons apply to non governmental organizations (and people?) as well.

We must keep the voice of freedom strong for as many of those “thousand cuts” as we can and this is yet another way to do so.

Senator McCain’s bill, S. 3002, now being justified as “merely to protect against athletes doping” and downplayed as “not liekly to get out of committee” is a direct Big Pharma ploy to make sure the supplements you depend upon are taken away from you. This bill is a “stalking horse” for the equally bad “food safety” bill S 510 that your Push Back had stalled in committee. Watch for one or the other to be amended to include the worst provisions of the other and then pushed for a vote.

And, while we are on the subject of clean, unadulterated food, I have two things more to share with you: Genetically Modified Foods, which the FDA approves just, well, just BECAUSE, have no meaningful examination of safety data prior to allowing a patented seed or animal into your food supply.  The USDA, headed by Seretary Vilsik, a former Monsanto Executive, exercises no control or restriction over these “foods” whatsoever.

Bayer Crop Sciences’ pheamceutical rice has contamianted the entire South Eastern US rice growers’ livlihood.  GMO alfalfa will certainly contaminate all alfalfa in the US now that the shamefully inadequate USDA sham environmental imapact study has been released by that corporate-controlled agency.
 
Organic cows eat organic alfalfa (the fifth largest crop in the US) so there may well be no more organic beef or milk production in North America by the time these perennial plants distribute their patented DNA over the North American Continent thorugh the work of wind, bees, birds and animals.
