Trenton Rally October 16th: NJ Protects Vaccine Industry, Attacks Homeschoolers, Freedom

NOTICE: A Rally to protest Assembly Bill 3123 will take place in Trenton NJ on October 16, 2008 Here is the information:

2. For parking, go to http://www.trenton-downtown.com/parkdowntown/. Street parking is available but regular rules and fines apply. Free parking is available behind the State House on Memorial Drive and at 225 West State Street.
3. The best way to get easy, free parking at the rally is to spread the word and tell people to attend. Once we exceed 500 participants (we are nearly there so keep spreading the word), the city will close the streets and designate parking.
4. We will rally, rain or shine.
5. The rally is scheduled to end by 2:00 pm. We may run a few minutes late. Our permit expires at 3:00pm.
6. If you have a Raggedy Ann doll or can get hold of one, bring it. You’ll hear her story at the rally.

Vaccine Tyranny Grows More Legs and Teeth In New Jersey
New Jersey is home to a large number of very wealthy and powerful pharmaceutical companies and it is clear that neither the governor nor the legislators of that state are willing to disappoint them in their quest for unlimited vaccination access to every man, woman and child in their reach.
Forget the fact that New Jersey’s autistic population already reaches astounding levels:

“Researchers in 14 states conducted the autism monitoring activities in demographically representative sections of their states, under the umbrella of a CDC-sponsored network called the Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring Network, or ADDM. Walter Zahorodny, Ph.D., an assistant professor of pediatrics and psychiatry at the UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, was the lead researcher on the New Jersey portion of the ADDM network investigation.

The New Jersey monitoring covered Essex, Hudson, Union and Ocean counties. The autism spectrum disorder prevalence rates identified in those areas of New Jersey were higher than in other ADDM-surveyed states – 9.9 cases per 1,000 8-year-olds in 2000, and 10.6 cases per 1,000 8-year-olds in 2002. According to the new findings, New Jersey’s autism rate is the highest of the 14 states in the ADDM network.”

Forget the fact that 94% of the available pediatric vaccination doses still contain mercury. Forget the fact that flu vaccines cause the symptoms of flu as side effects of the vaccination itself. Forget the fact that most epidemics occurs in fully vaccinated populations. Forget the fact that vaccines carry dangers far beyond mercury, aluminum hydroxide, formaldehyde, fluoride, MSG, aspartame, Polysorbate 80 (associated with infertility). Forget the fact that vaccines are routinely contaminated, according to the FDA and CDC, with stealth viruses, parts of human, animal and virus genetic materials, carcinogenic viruses and other potentially lethal debris.
Forget about the fact that parental rights should determine if a child is vaccinated. Forget about the fact that the State of New Jersey has decided that religious exemptions can only be granted if the child has NEVER had a vaccination in his life because they have decreed an “all or nothing” policy whose logic I have not yet been able to disect in order to make sense of it.
Just remember that the State of New Jersey knows that parents sometimes feel so strongly about their dangerous invasive vaccination policies that they will homeschool their children rather than subject them to the dangers, or religiously unacceptable, vaccines decried by the State.
And then, again, sometimes parents homeschool their children for completely different reasons but do not believe in, see the necesity for, or want vaccinations for their children.
Well, the State has other ideas. Not only must the curriculum meet the needs and whims of the Superintendent of the home district of the child, but the vaccination schedule that the Superintendent enforces (I’m sorry, I thought they were superintendents of education, not vaccination policy – I guess I got that wrong). Otherwise, the child is immediately sucked back into the school system – complete with vaccinations.
Consider what that means to a vaccine injured child. Consider what that means to freedom. Consider what that says about the onrush of the police state which owns your body and your child’s.

Prior to the establishment of a home education program and annually thereafter… a parent or guardian shall submit to the superintendent of the resident school district a notarized letter registering his child in a home education program. The letter shall include … e. evidence that each student being registered has been immunized in accordance with the provisions of the State Sanitary Code…”

Bayer Pesticide Chemicals Linked to Devastating Collapse of Honeybee Populations by David Gutierrez
(NaturalNews) German government researchers have concluded that a bestselling Bayer pesticide is responsible for the recent massive die-off of honeybees across the country’s Baden-Württemberg region. In response, the government has banned an entire family of pesticides, fueling accusations that pesticides may be responsible for the current worldwide epidemic of honeybee die-offs.

Researchers found buildup of the pesticide clothianidin in the tissues of 99 percent of dead bees in Baden-Württemberg state. The German Research Center for Cultivated Plants concluded that nearly 97 percent of honeybee deaths had been caused directly by contact with the insecticide. ‘It can unequivocally be concluded that a poisoning of the bees is due to the rub-off of the pesticide ingredient clothianidin from corn seeds,’ said the federal agricultural research agency, the Julius Kuehn Institute.

The pesticide was applied to rapeseed and sweet corn seeds along the Rhine River Valley, which borders Baden-Württemberg to the west and south. ‘Beekeepers in the region started finding piles of dead bees at the entrance of hives in early May, right around the time corn seeding takes place,’ said Walter Haefeker, president of the European Professional Beekeepers Association. A total of two-thirds of all bees in the entire state are believed to have been killed by the chemical.

‘It’s a real bee emergency,’ said Manfred Hederer, president of the German Professional Beekeepers’ Association. ‘Fifty to 60 percent of the bees have died on average, and some beekeepers have lost all their hives.’

Clothianidin, marketed in Europe under the brand name Poncho, is a widely used insecticide in the neonicotinoid family. Like all neonicotinoids, it is a systemic pesticide that is applied to the seeds of plants and then spreads itself throughout all plant tissues. Based on nicotine, the neonicotinoids function as neurotoxins that attack the nervous systems of insects such as honeybees.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has classified clothianidin as ‘highly toxic’ to honeybees. The chemical was approved for U.S. use in 2003 and German use in 2004. Clothianidin manufacturer Bayer CropScience, a subsidiary of chemical giant Bayer, blamed the honeybee deaths on incorrect application of the pesticide. Before seeds are sprayed, a fixative should be applied to keep the poison from spreading into the rest of the environment. In the current situation, Bayer says, the fixative was not applied and clothianidin spread into the air. But beekeepers and pesticide critics rejected this explanation, calling for Germany to follow France’s footsteps in banning the chemical – and indeed, all neonicotinoids.

‘We have been pointing out the risks of neonicotinoids for almost 10 years now,’ said Philipp Mimkes, spokesman for the Coalition Against Bayer Dangers. ‘This proves without a doubt that the chemicals can come into contact with bees and kill them. These pesticides shouldn’t be on the market.’

While stopping short of a total ban, the German Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety acted quickly upon release of the study data, placing a provisional ban upon all seven pesticides in the neonicotinoid family. These chemicals may not be used in Germany until the manufacturers can supply enough data to convince the government that they are safe. The seven provisionally banned pesticides are the clothianidin-based brands Poncho and Elado; the imidacloprid-based brands Antarc, Chinook and Faibell; methiocarb-based Mesurol; and thiamethoxam-based Cruiser. Six of the seven products are made by Bayer, while Mesurol is manufactured by Syngenta.

Bayer’s neonicotinoids have been blamed for killing honeybees before, most notably in France. There the company’s best-selling pesticide, imidacloprid, was banned from use on sunflower seeds in 1999 after being blamed for killing off a third of the country’s honeybees. In 2004, France extended the ban to sweet corn seeds. The government rejected Bayer’s application for clothianidin use in France only a few months ago.

In North Dakota, a group of beekeepers is suing Bayer, alleging that imidacloprid was responsible for Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD) in that state in 1995. One-third of North Dakota honeybees died that year after imidacloprid was applied to rapeseed there. Imidacloprid is marketed in France under the brand name Gaucho, but is also sold as Admire, Advantage, Confidor, Hachikusan, Kohinor, Merit, Premise, Prothor, and Winner.

Around the world, honeybee stocks are in decline, which scientists have warned could have devastating impacts on global food supplies. A total of 80 percent of world food crops are primarily or exclusively pollinated by honeybees, amounting to 130 crops and $15 billion worth of food each year in the United States alone. Yet two million honeybee colonies have been lost in the United States in recent years, with massive dieoffs also reported across Europe and in Taiwan, where 10 million bees recently disappeared over the course of only two weeks. ‘If nothing is done about it, the [British] honeybee population could be wiped out in 10 years,’ warned U.K. Farming Minister Lord Rooker in 2007.

While in many cases bees have actually been found dead, as in the Baden-Württemberg incident, beekeepers have been particularly alarmed by CCD, in which the bees simply vanish, leaving empty hives behind them. Neonicotinoid pesticides have been suggested as a possible cause of CCD, with advocates of this theory noting that since the pesticide spreads through all plant tissues, bees might be exposed through the pollen of treated plants. At least one study concluded that neonicotinoids are likely to become concentrated in bee hives in high levels, transported by contaminated pollen.

1. International Harmonization of Health Freedom Policy: Codex Alimentarius

Do you support vigorous enforcement of the anti-harmonization act, 19 USC 3512, which forbids harmonization of our health freedoms with international restrictions, such as those represented by Codex Alimentarius (the world food code) despite US leadership at Codex in violating that statute domestically and globally?

According to a New York Times / CBS poll in June 2008, 87% of Americans want GMO labeling and over fifty percent do not want to buy such products.

The FDA takes the position that GMO products are deemed safe without testing following a 1992 executive order to that effect and is prohibited from requiring or examining any safety studies after the initial, preliminary studies by the patent holders. Independent studies in the US and elsewhere make it clear that both the short term and long term effects of GMOs may be hazardous to unborn children, babies, and adults and may have disastrous impact on fertility and health.

a. As President will you tell the FDA to require, under the Precautionary Principle, rigorous scientific evidence of GMO safety?

It Has Begun: The Police State Has Declared War on Superfoods – And Rational Thinking!

How do you tell when you are living in a Police State? Well, one good indication is when ordinary, reasonable things are criminalized and turned into offenses against the state. The more ordinary the act, and the more terrifying the consequences, the more effectively the emerging Police State can cow and control its citizens.

The story that follows makes that point very clearly. Two raw food folks, carrying their own “super foods” (and their baby) with them from Canada to the US were waylaid, interrogated a la “Gitmo” and charged with felony offenses (which they had to defend at huge cost to them. Then when they tried to get back home again, they were charged all over again by the US in spite of the fact that there was not a shred of reliable evidence that they did anything wrong, carried anything illegal or behaved in any way which was dangerous or unwise.

Wouldn’t you say that being able to eat the foods you want to, and being able to bring them with you is a health freedom that all of us want to preserve? Not so fast. The Police State has other pland.

Please read the article below carefully and remember that the interrogation and tactics could have been directed at you, or me, or your mother. Rational behavior is not a part of Police State tactics.

Because of the Department of Homeland Security Directives and the atmosphere created by “the war on terrorism (which means on anything and anyone that gets in the way of the Powers That Be – PTB) everyone is a suspect and every last one of us is presumed guilty until proven innocent.

having been pulled out of airport lines for special security examinations for years now, I will tell you that I have shared those lines with elderly, feeble old ladies who had no idea where (or who) they were as they struggled to get through the airport with Alzheimer’s Disease or some other form of dementia, babies only a few months old (their diapers were searched!), a blind and deaf person whose companion was not permitted to assist or accompany them, and a host of other dangerous people whose boarding passes either bore codes like the “SSSS” that ours did, or were striped with the dreaded orange highlighter which marked them for this special treatment.

Why? Why not. Who? Everybody.

Now unfamiliar foods are a threat to our security so the security forces become a threat to us. If you are not fighting for your health freedoms (which are really the same as your freedom, period), then you are either asleep at the switch or you are already so damaged by the Police State tactics of the PTB that you cannot even imaging what it was like to be free anymore.

Raw Foodists Arrested for Trafficking Chocolate; Interrogated for “Cacao Crimes”

(NaturalNews) When Ron and Nadine from the Living Libations beauty care and chocolate company (www.LivingLibations.com) attempted to fly to the United States in August of this year, they ran into something completely unexpected: Drug-sniffing dogs at the Toronto airport. When their dogs took a special interest in their raw, unrefined chocolate with hemp seeds and superfood extracts, they were arrested, handcuffed and put through hours of tortuous interrogation. Such begins the journey of Ron and Nadine, the chocolate freedom fighters from Canada.

Accused of trafficking two and a half pounds of hashish (which was really just raw, homemade chocolate), Ron and Nadine were arrested, physically separated into interrogation rooms and handcuffed to chairs. Their six-month old baby was forcibly taken from them, and they were immediately subjected to intense interrogation.

Their chocolate looked suspicious, they were told, because it wasn’t in a commercial wrapper. If it’s not Hershey’s, it must be drugs! An on-the-spot drug test from the NIK company (which makes portable drug testing kits) returned a positive result, the Canadian police claimed, and that’s all the evidence they need to arrest anyone.

As you’ll learn later, however, it turns out the NIK drug testing kits return false positives nearly 100% of the time if the results are interpreted incorrectly, as they were in this case… (see photos below).

Is this Canada, or Gitmo?
Emboldened by the positive drug test on the two pounds of raw chocolate, Canadian drug agents scrambled to action. They hadn’t seen a big drug bust in a long time, and excitement was brewing over the possibility of nabbing someone with a whopping two pounds of hashish! Thus, the tyrants of law enforcement went to work on Ron and Nadine, using Guantanamo Bay tactics to try to force them to admit to being hashish drug traffickers.

Over the next several hours, Ron and Nadine were interrogated by the Canadian equivalent of FBI agents who verbally assaulted them using every lying, deceitful police interrogation tactic in the book. They screamed at Ron and Nadine, threatened them with years in prison and even told each of them that the other had already confessed to drug trafficking, trying to trick them into admitting to crimes they never committed. (There is no law that says police have to tell the truth when they are interrogating you, even for false arrest, by the way.)

Through the entire episode, Ron and Nadine resisted the tactics, held their ground and continued to hold positive intentions. “As I was sitting in the cell,” Ron told NaturalNews, “I kept focused on light and truth. I felt like no matter what was happening around me, I was opening up a gateway of light and total truth.”

After the interrogation, the threats of “life in jail” and other dishonest tactics used by law enforcement to try to get them to “admit” to drug trafficking, they were finally released on bail. Their baby son was returned to them, and they went home. For the next 30 days, they were subjected to surprise visits by Children’s Aid employees (the Canadian version of Child Protective Services), who were told by law enforcement authorities that Ron and Nadine were drug smugglers.

Over this 30 day period, as felony drug trafficking charges were pending against them, Ron and Nadine managed to connect with legal help. Their lawyer, Marcy Segal, was able to persuade the Crown Attorney to send the chocolate “hashish” sample to a proper lab for testing. And wouldn’t you know it: The test showed that chocolate is chocolate, not hashish.

The charges were dropped, but no apology was ever offered to the couple. Instead, Canadian law enforcement authorities declared, “You must have been smoking something before you came to the airport.”

Let’s try this again
Following their being cleared by the lab tests, they were determined to return to the United States and attend the Raw Spirit Festival in Sedona Arizona. Their lawyer had contacted U.S. authorities in advance, advising them that Ron and Nadine were bringing chocolate through their security checkpoints as they crossed from Canada to the United States. “Watch out, it’s chocolate!”

They were told everything was understood, and the chocolate would be allowed through. Imagine their surprise, however, when Ron and Nadine were once against arrested at the airport and accused of — guess what? — smuggling hashish disguised as chocolate!

U.S. law enforcement authorities boost their careers when they take part in big drug busts, and 2.5 pounds of hashish was a huge bust by anyone’s accounting. So they had every incentive to try to make this bust stick.

Desperate to prove themselves right, the American drug enforcement police ripped though Ron and Nadine’s luggage and clothing, opening every vial, asking questions about all the “strange” things they found there.

The NaturalNews Drug Labs
Here in our NaturalNews labs, we have hundreds of pounds of Hashish just lying around. Or at least that’s what the NIK drug test says. Let me explain:

To test this NIK marijuana kit, I went to my kitchen and grabbed some Amazing Grass Chocolate Superfood (AmazingGrass.com). I thought, if we’re testing for grass, why not test amazing grass?

According to this test, then, I was in possession of Hashish! I guess Amazing Grass really is amazing, huh? It can morph from chocolate to illegal drugs in an instant! If this test had been conducted at the border, I could have been arrested, handcuffed to a chair in a jail cell, and subjected to ten hours of interrogation.

And this is the test the border police are using to arrest raw foodies and charge them with felony crimes! Why the War on Drugs is out of control
What Ron and Nadine experienced here is just one symptom of a War on Drugs that’s utterly out of control. Terror Days for Health Freedom.2 NJ to Fine PreSchools $500 Per Child Per Day for Unvaccinated Kids

I am close to speechless with this one. Here is a post from a member of a New Jersey No Forced Vaccines group relayed to me today:
“…The state of NJ is charging $500 per day, per child, for every child in preschool that does not receive the flu vaccine. As this is the first year that this will be happening, the director of my school said she wasn’t sure how it would happen. However the threat of the charge is enough pressure to feel forced to turn children away if they don’t comply. Obviously this wouldn’t apply for religious exemptions. The director lamented the fact that around Oct, the county nurse comes in and pours over the records of every child. The director then has to send letters to those parents of children that don’t have all their vaccines. Also, she mentioned that the law only applies to children up to age 5, not to older children….”

How real is this? Very real. Here is the exchange from a nurse in a NJ private school and the mother of a vaccine injured child (one of two in the family, by the way):
Nurse writes,
“Hi,
I noticed your letter of exemption and I think we will be in trouble
come inspection time. I recently learned at a teleconference that the
state has an “all or nothing” policy concerning immunizations. Since
Christopher has had all of his shots up to this point, the state
requires him to continue having the required immunizations.
Let me know how you want to proceed.
Nurse’s name withheld by request
PS. Vaccine injured child’s name withheld by request needed a nebulizing treatment this afternoon. Please provide me the doctors order ASAP. I know you forgot it at the
doctor’s office, but perhaps the doctor’s office can fax me an order.”

The child’s mother writes back,
“Dear Nurse,

The last time Child’s name was immunized was when he was 5 years old. Our religious beliefs changed when child’s name was 6 (2003) when we changed and converted to the Christian Scientist, Natural and Organic food only from God way of living our life.

The state is using scare tactics to get school nurses to get all students immunized which is illegal. If the State of New Jersey, or the town of xx (town name deleted by request) does not accept our religious beliefs, I will 1) send them attorney letter telling them of our rights to exercise our religious beliefs 2) would take the state to court if need be for violating their own law of allowing religious exemptions. It is our right not to immunize our children based on our religion and convictions of our religious tenants. People are known to change their religions as they go through life and experience other beliefs and the yy (name withheld by request) family is a family who changed religious beliefs.

As you will note, an attorney also received a copy of our religious exemption letter. Stand your ground for our family for we are doing nothing wrong. Do not let the state intimidate you. I have thoroughly done my research on this matter. My letter is exactly what is required for the state to waive the vaccinations and we have every right to exercise our religious exemption based on our current religious beliefs.”

This post was received from the mother of a toddler who is autistic but sees the jackboots coming toward her son with syringes in hand

“My son is 3 1/2, pdd-nos, in a public school autism preschool program.

The other day one of my long time customers walked into my business.
In the past she had worked in a local public school as an aide in the
disabled programs. She came in the other day, and we got to chatting.
She said that she got a promotion. She is now a “compliance”
officer, for verifying that people live in the district, and for
vaccine compliance. She basically said that parents who don’t
vaccinate are “reckless” and that the religious exemption will no
longer be easy to get in NJ. She is charged with reviewing and
investigating the exemption requests she claims. She said in the past
that you could just file a letter, but no longer. Schools are going
after parents who invoke the religious exemption from now on, who she
said are just using it as an “excuse” not to vaccinate, and thereby
endangering public health. She asked numerous questions, when we told
her our son was allergic, “does he have an epi pen, eczema..” etc, it
was as if she had a laundry list of things she had been trained to ask.

I was and am horrified. She said the districts will investigate the
nature of the religious commitment. They will interview your pastor,
the length of your commitment etc, prior history of vaccination. And
if they don’t “buy” it, they will then turn it over to the “township
attorney” she said, and they will deny it. She said starting Sept.
2008, things will be totally different in NJ.

I sincerely hope she is not right. It definitely smacks of big
Pharma, who owns this state. But what is the real state of the law
and the regs in Sept. 2008? What is going on with the conscientious
belief exemption? Is it just languishing in committee or in the
assembly? Can you all enlighten me? My son is allergic to eggs, so I
guess for now as to the flu shot, I can get a doctor’s letter and
that’s that. But come the spring, when his next round of shots are
due, I will have to confront this. The irony is, I was the only one
to vaccinate my child for the flu at 6 and 18 months, when no one I
know did, and now when I know better and am living with the damage
done, it becomes the state’s new agenda. What are the other new
shots? I seem to recall that my son had had most of them, we had a
very pro vaccine pediatrician, who gave him everything and then some,
anything “approved”, however new.

My husband and I believe in God, and believe that the vaccinations and
most interventions from the medical community just are there to enrich
big Pharma and doctors, and in fact are evil and pose a direct threat
to our health and lives. We do not belong to an organized church, but
guess will be forced to find a church to join that reflects our
beliefs, so as to satisfy big brother in NJ it seems. Perhaps it
would help to alleviate the stress that autism has brought to our
lives, and give us some comfort as well. ”

This medical fascism is coming to a town, city, state and school near you. Even if you have no children, adults are on the list, too, for compulsory vaccinations.

Meanwhile, in the Courthouse where the Judge looked on and observed that the crying children looked like they were being dragged to church and said that it was “kind of cute” as 2300 children were forcibly vaccinated with injections. Referring to those same injections, State’s Attorney, Glen Ivey, said he would not give his kids because of the dangers inherent in them.
