1. We stand for the freedom to choose allopathic and naturopathic medical care, according to our individual discernment and the recommendations of our chosen health care professionals

2. We believe optimal health is an affair of harmony involving body, mind, and heart, and is unattainable as long as we are inattentive to the underlying causes of disease

3. We seek optimal health (beyond symptom suppression), which is a matter of re-aligning with the healing processes of nature that are in operation within the human body

4. We observe a society suffering under the illusion of a separation between health and the intricate processes of nature. Some say this illusion is purposefully manufactured by the pharmaceutical industry. Others say it is the product of a rigid scientific paradigm that does not accept the human body as self-healing. We believe both analyses are correct.

5. We believe that the pharmaceutical industry has provided some good to humanity for which we are grateful, and a great deal of suffering that looms over the good. This belief can be verified both subjectively through experience, and objectively through statistics readily available on the Internet.

6. Pharmaceutical drugs can be effective for acute situations (and they are needed there), but they unnecessarily pollute our bodies and the Earth when used as panacea.

7. We observe that where there is optimal health, there are no symptoms, and thus, in a truly healthy society, there would be no need for a mass market in pharmaceutical drugs.

8. The pharmaceutical industry is the largest industry on Earth and their drugs are for the sake of perpetual symptom-suppression, not cure.

9. Without symptoms of disease there is no demand for symptom-suppression, hence no demand for drugs. Without demand, there is no profit.

10. Humanity is entering an era of self-empowerment, with many questioning the pharmaceutical model and choosing instead the effective and lasting cures offered by natural medicine.

11. Codex Alimentarius is deceptive program spawned by the pharmaceutical industry with the undeniable agenda of indirectly undermining our sovereign health freedom laws (DSHEA), in order to forcefully create a mass market for drugs.

12. The Codex Alimentarius Vitamin and Mineral Guideline is unscientific as it fallaciously treats nutrients as toxins, whereas true nutritional scientists know that nutrients are not toxins and do not behave as such, and thus cannot be treated as such.

13. We conclude that by seeking to unscientifically classify nutrients as toxins, the pharmaceutical industry is trying to use the mantle of Codex Alimentarius to eliminate nutritional supplements from the marketplace under the pretension of “protecting consumers from harm”.

14. “Consumer protection” is the “Great Fabrication” of Codex Alimentarius.

15. Codex Alimentarius is the greatest threat humanity has ever faced in the battle for free will, not economic interest, to reign supreme over health decisions

16. In America, DSHEA of 1994 is the strongest protection against Codex Alimentarius. There are certain corrupt American politicians in Congress who are working hard to undermine DSHEA, because without DSHEA, there is no legislation standing between us and Codex.

16. The power of the people makes Codex Alimentarius vulnerable; if millions tell elected Congressmen and Congresswomen to not support Codex Alimentarius and anti-health freedom bills, and instead support pro-health freedom bills, they must listen or they shall be relegated out of office by the power of the people’s votes.

17. There are over 60 million people in America who care about natural health (the LOHAS). If they are persuasively reached with the truth about Codex Alimentarius, many of them will take action.

19. Thus, we shall apply effective marketing to reach and awaken people power to build a massive grass-roots movement to secure and promote health freedom

20. Sitting behind our television screens will not further our cause – we must take to the Internet and to our local communities and spread word about HealthFreedomUSA.org to health food stores, wellness businesses and practitioners, as well as our friends and families in the LOHAS community

21. If we act with a clear purpose (the protection of health freedom from Codex Alimentarius) and in huge numbers, the future of our nations’ health shall belong to us, the people, instead of being usurped by short-sighted corporations who show contempt for our American laws and ethos of liberty for all

22. We shall antagonize none and we shall treat all with basic respect, even the opponents of health freedom. We strive to keep our hearts free of resentment and judgement.

23. We shall make friends with Congress and make the issue easy for them to understand. Congressmen and Congresswomen, individually and in their families, stand to lose as much as any other American if health freedom is lost to Codex Alimentarius. We shall lobby from the grass-roots.

24. We choose to unite in numbers, organized cohesively thanks to the greatest communication tool ever invented: the Internet. Indeed, by way of the intense grass-roots power of the Internet, we can succeed in protecting and securing health freedom. For America and for the Earth.
