We’re here in Rome at the Codex Alimentarius Commission annual session. This report covers the first day of the meeting.

Ractopamine is a beta agonist, a drug which causes profound changes in the animal which consumes it, or the human which consumes the animal which consumes Ractopamine. As a physician (trained in nutritional medicine and environmental medicine as well) I am, of course, deeply concerned with the nutritional value of food and its toxic components. I know that toxic compounds (including drugs like Ractopamine) may be more toxic AFTER the liver has had a go at them than before. These compounds, called “metabolytes” have a toxic profile all thier own and, in the case of Ractopamine, have not been studied after their passage through animal livers, into their tissues and then into us when we consume their tissues [meat]. That is apparently of not much concern to Codex, despite the fact that their first mandate, posted on their website, www.CodexAlimentarius.net, is the protection of the health of consumers.

For the first time in history, Codex Alimentarius, the “World Food Code” is on the verge of approving a drug, and a dangerous one at that, which has no other function in pigs or cattle than to cause them to swell and get fat. Swollen, they come to market weight sooner, reducing the cost of raising them by fewer days of feed and housing costs.

JECFA, the Joint Expert Committee on Food Additives, says that Ractopamine is perfectly fine to give to pigs and other animals and, hence, to people. Of course, the break down products of this pharmaceutical poison (and ALL drugs poison enzyme systems so it is, quite literally, one poison among many) either in pig tissue or in people eating that tissue (AKA “meat”) have yet to be studied.

China is the world’s largest consumer of pig meat. Not surprisingly, it is also the world’s largest producer of pig meat. At last year’s 31st Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) in Geneva, we reported that China was very upset by the pending approval of Ractopamine and said so, quite unusually for the Chinese, in no uncertain terms (after all, this time, it was their ox, er, pig, which was being gored). They were, quite literally, smacked down by the Chairman, Dr. Claude Moshe, who said that if they had concerns, they had failed to present them at the relevant committee meeting so their voice was now of no consequence on the matter.

The Chinese Delegate, in what sounded to me like fiery fury (astounding at Codex, and doubly so from the Chinese) responded, out of turn, if I recall, that the Chinese Delegation to the meeting on the topic in the US had been denied its necessary visas by the host country, which just happened to be the US, which just happens to be the second largest pig meat producer in the world and which just happens to permit Ractopamine. And, if I forgot to mention it, the US just happens to be the home of Monsanto, which just happens to be the owner of the world-wide patent on the [Ractopamine-doused] pig and every other modified pig in the world.

The anger of the Chinese Delegate apparently spurred Brazil, ordinarily one of the US’s most docile toxic ducklings, to make the point that the legitimacy of Codex was highly questionable because of this sort of disregard for both science and sense while Iran made the point that small countries have an enormous difficulty participating in the many, complex and intertwining meetings which lead to decisions in which they are disenfranchised and which thus lack legitimacy.

China, not a small country, of course, is also selectively disenfranchised… when it suits the Powers That Believe, they are the Powers That Be. While we would not presume to compare the Natural Solutions Foundation to the mighty empire of China, none the less, we, too, are selectively isolated by Codex. Back to the pigs.

The new CAC Chairwoman, Dr. Karen Hulebeck, works for the Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) of the USDA. FSIS is the home of the US Codex Contact Point. Like the US President, CAC Chairs are selected, then elected. Dr. Hulebeck is smart, forceful, savvy and nobody’s fool. She is completely in control of the Codex meeting, or believes that she is.

Yesterday, in the opening sessions of this year’s CAC, she welcomed the delegates and observers (apparently, not the only Public Observers, us, who had come to the meeting, though, since we were relegated to our hot and guarded gallery and were not given invitations to the OPEN reception held after the meeting yesterday… but not to worry, delegates are seeking us out) and introduced the welcoming remarks of the newest member of Codex, Djibuti – whose Trade Minister noted that the reason that he was there was that Codex dealt with trade – the Codex Secretariat and WHO and FAO folks.

I was delighted to note that the Natural Solutions Foundation was mentioned in the welcoming speech given by the Codex Secretariat, the organization which runs the technical and procedural details of the Codex meetings. On previous occasions we have been specifically mentioned from the Podium (sometimes in a clear breech of protocol, but that happens when your impact is unexpected and difficult to deal with) by the Chair (CAC, Geneva, 2006) and, given the “guarded” response that we get when we arrive, we are by no means unknown.

This time, however, we were not mentioned by name. Here is the direct quote from that ‘welcoming’ speech. See if you agree with me that we are the subject of this quote:

“… In addition, Codex is being challenged in the public domain in a court of public opinion that did not exist when it was founded in 1963. Science and prevention are hard sells. In today’s multimedia world, with YouTube and online blogs, Codex has new challenges from self-serving interest groups [yes- that would be us healthy eaters! – REL] that have tapped the online public to their advantage, taking the challenge of Codex well beyond the scientific debate. In answer to this, Codex has produced a series of public awareness and communication products in order to make sure that the real picture of the crucial role of Codex – what it is and what it does – reaches the public. Codex videos are now online and the new Codex website will further increase the transparency of the Codex process….” CAC/32INF/11

The Natural Solutions Foundation is Health Freedom’s New Media; we are Global Health Freedom. It would appear that we have pushed Codex into the world of new media, as well.

Back to the pigs: After numerous countries, starting with China, stated their strong dissent to the use of Ractopamine, stated their concerns and challenged both the science and the procedure by which the use of Ractopamine had come to be on the agenda today for world-wide approval.

Country after country raised grave concerns, the Chairwoman appeared frantic to get the Ractopamine standard approved but was facing major opposition.

I am writing this to you in real time. The Chairwoman is doing her level best to make sure that the comments against Ractopamine are both brief and limited. The Chair finally acknowledged the fact that consensus has not been reached. None the less, she wants to “hold Ractopamine at Step 8, the approval step. Once something reaches Step 8, it has been approved. There is actually no definition of what “Holding something at Step 8” so in this highly rule-bound environment, where everything is detailed and spelled out in obsessive detail, the Chairwoman, who has already acknowledged that she works for the USDA, which never met a drug for animals it did not like (just like the FDA), but that, whatever it means, is what she wants to do with a substance which has no reason to be fed to animals except for profit.

But, she says, that is not enough. Since there is no real meaning to holding something at Step 8, she suggests new work be taken on to “advise guidance” to tell the Commission what it means to “hold at Step 8″ to the Committee on General Principles” including a “full and complete discussion of all the issues which are blocking consensus”, that a time line be developed for working through those issues and that a deadline be established. Chairwoman Hulebek says, “I have a further suggestion: that the work be undertaken without prejudice to those items which are still under development which means that during the time that the guidance is developed, the issues of any one of those draft standards can be worked through so that it seems to knowledgeable parties that consensus can be developed, that the issues can be brought to this body at any time. I suggest that the development be done very carefully but very rapidly.” and then she asks: “Can I have the sense of this Commission on this proposal?”

I sat here shaking my head, as did General Bert. We looked at each other, shaking our heads and asking “Huh? What did she say?” Canada, perfectly happy, like the US, to dose animals with needless toxic chemicals to get them to market weight faster, regardless of toxicity, noted that any expressions of concern were about the science and that all of those expressions of concern were about pig meat (since China spoke about their research showing toxicity in pigs fed the drug), “so we recommend that the MRLs [Maximum Residue Levels) be adopted with regard to cattle since no mention was made of those levels.” Not exactly Canadian bacon! Instead, eat your beef with Ractopamine and don’t ask any questions. Good for you? Not at all. Good for the company that makes it? Sure! Good for the factory “farms”? Sure. OK with Codex? Well, as far as the official line goes, holding up the water works by refusing to accept this poison is bad form since it does not lead to “consensus”!

The Chairwoman responded, as if approving Ractopamine for cattle was fine, “For pig meat, we would propose that the CAC consider an expert consultation with respect to establishment of an MRL and that come back to the CAC next year for a decision. In framing the question to be put to the expert consultation, you might wish to consider the framing of a “Group of Interest” to articulate the question.”

Long story short?

CAC wants to use this chemical. Even China, a country staggering under astounding pollution and contamination burdens in its environment and its food, cannot tolerate the use of this drug which has, as Norway pointed out last year, no use except to fatten animals through metabolic poisoning with a toxic substance. Remember that Risperadol, an “atypical anti-psychotic” drug, and others of its class, lead to weight gain in humans. That weight gain is the result of a dangerous toxicity. It seems to me that making an animal sick to make it fat to make it profitable is a disgusting use of NOT better living through chemistry.

And what does the Observer Organization which denies us a seat at the table (as ordered to do so by the Codex Commission in 2006) have to say about this issue? Good question.

NOTHING, nothing at all.

Let’s talk about that “Voice of Health Freedom” as it recently styled itself on a major radio show, the one “health freedom organization” which has a seat at Codex as an Official Observer organization. On this radio show they called themselves “the Voice of Health Freedom”. Well, apparently the voice had sever laryngitis!

The ONLY Observer Organization which spoke in this debate was the International Food Additives Association. Guess upon which side they spoke?

Where was the “Voice of Health Freedom” when the health of billions, literally billions, of pork consumers and everyone drinking the water downstream of those pigs was under attack? What about the health of the people who will be eating the plants watered with water contaminated by the excrement of those pigs? Nowhere. Nada. Not a peep. Just the Sound of Silence, and nothing more.

Are they here? Hard to tell. The Codex Commission keeps us relegated to an upper gallery where we cannot see the delegates well. We are under guard so getting to talk to National Delegates is extremely difficult (although we have managed to do so, but with significant difficulty). Is the Voice of Health Freedom asleep? Couldn’t say. Are they “controlled opposition”? Who knows. What is for sure is that they are not speaking out for your well-being!

The fact remains that the Natural Solutions Foundation is here, but not permitted to speak, although Codex itself has directed this other organization to give us a seat at the table, and a seat at the microphone. They have not done so. Whether they are lap dogs or lazy watchdogs, they are not providing the voice that health freedom needs and are blocking us from doing so. And you know that we will speak clearly on your behalf, once we have the microphone.

Right now, the CAC is acting with outrage at the idea that their powerful dedication to the use of this chemical is being derailed.

EU says that despite what Codex does, it will continue to forbid the use of Ractopamine as it will do with MGA, debated yesterday and approved “by consensus” despite similar fervent opposition. Thus the real players know that our Codex Two Step is a viable alternative to countries submitting to Codex dictates

By the way, this “Ractopamine Mutiny” shows that Codex can be stimulated, with appropriate science and personal contact with decision-makers around the world, either to finally become a health freedom organization or be dissolved.

The multi-nationals are hard at work degrading the world’s food.

But the world’s buyers and eaters of food, you and I, who are anything BUT useless, can have their desired impact: clean, healthy foods supporting the needs, and lives, of the world’s peoples.

Right now, the worst of the worst industrialization and degradation of food is underway through the food laws which are supposed to “HARMonize” our laws with Codex standards.

Open Letter to the New Codex Commission Chairwoman

The following letter is being delivered to the new Chairwoman of the Codex Alimentarius Commission. The Foundation President, Gen. Stubblebine and our Medical Director, Dr. Rima E. Laibow MD are both attending the Commission meeting in Rome where they are interacting with delegates, especially those of what we have come to call the “Health Conscious Nations” that choose natural solutions to their pressing social needs. In the past, this has resulted in significant “push-back” that rolled back the globalist agenda [see our Accomplishments Page for some examples: http://www.healthfreedomusa.org/?page_id=195.

With the world facing weaponized pandemics and weaponized vaccines, the Codex Commission, which has as its first listed mandate, “protecting the health of the consumers and ensuring fair practices in the food trade” [http://www.fao.org/DOCREP/005/Y2200E/y2200e02.htm] must also hear the voices demanding protection for the right of individuals and families to self-shield in their own homes in the event of an actual pandemic; a right implied by the Geneva Conventions and UN Universal Declaration of Rights [see our White Paper on the Right to Self-Shield: http://www.healthfreedomusa.org/?p=2752

The Foundation’s Health Freedom Public Observers seem to have been the only independent public witnesses present at the Monday opening session of this week’s annual Commission meeting. That fact prompted the letter:

Dear Dr. Hulebak:

Congratulations on your first day of chairing the Codex Alimentarius Commission meeting. Like you, the Natural Solutions Foundation, of which I am proud to serve as President, believes that the actions of Codex Alimentarius will have, as you said in your speech today, world wide impact on the lives of everyone in the world.

It is for that reason that the Natural Solutions Foundation, a not for profit NGO with a presence in Central America, West Africa, India, the EU and the United States. allocates scarce resources to attending and analyzing Codex actions, standards and guidelines.

We have attended numerous Codex meetings (e.g., Rome, Geneva, Oslo, Chang Mai, Bonn, Bad Neuenhaur, Ghana, and elsewhere). As the far and away largest health freedom organization in the world, we bring coverage of the activities of Codex to approximately 25 million electronic readers around the globe.
Through our radio shows, we reach an untold number more.

Two years ago we applied for Observer Status at the Codex table. Dr. Claude Moshe, the then-Chairman, believed that our mission was similar enough to that of the [redacted] that we should share the microphone, and a seat at the table, with that organization.

To that end, we have communicated with them asking for a place at the table as directed by Dr. Moshe.

To date, [redacted] has failed to respond, thus denying us our place as participants, stake holders and representatives of an enormous constituency. [redacted] has, however, chosen to share their table and microphone, with other smaller organizations whose impact is far less significant than that of the Natural Solutions Foundation, speaking, as we do, for an enormous number of supporters..

It would appear that at this meeting, unless I am mistaken, once again [redacted] is not in attendance, allowing the “Health Freedom Seat” to go unspoken from. Even if [redacted] is in attendance at this meeting, our constituency does not have a voice at this meeting since our concerns and those of [redacted] are not even close to identical and we are sequestered in an upper gallery without air-conditioning, electrical connections for our computers, other amenities or, m,ore importantly, the ability to make our stakeholders’ voices hears.

Madam Chairwoman, I urge you to correct this obvious and unproductive imbalance: If [redacted] is in attendance at this meeting, of if they are not, the fact remains that the Natural Solutions Foundation is an active participant in Codex – minus a voice. I urge you to correct this situation by either instructing [redacted] to provide the seat at the table which Dr. Moshe directed them to offer us or invite us to apply for Observer Status independently. IF [redacted] is not at this meeting this week, I would be most appreciative if you would be kind enough to make that seat available to us for participation in the 32nd CAC meeting.

Under either set of circumstances, the global constituency of the Natural Solutions Foundation will have to voice thanks to your good offices.

We have brought Codex Alimentarius to the attention and notice of enormous numbers of people and would like to continue doing the same – as active, speaking participants.

The within constitutes the Foundation’s emergency application to be listed as an Observer Attendee for the current Codex Commission meeting in Rome, as there is no effective representation of the Health Freedom NonGovernmental Organizations. Present at the current meeting as Public Observers are the President of the Natural Solutions Foundation, Maj. Gen. Albert N. Stubblebine III (USA Ret) and its Medical Director, Rima E. Laibow, MD. There do not appear to have been any other Public Observers at the meeting of Monday, June 29, 2009, just concluded. The “Health Freedom” table sometimes occupied by [redacted] as an official Codex Observer was not occupied today.

Natural Solutions Foundation is an international non-governmental, nonprofit corporation in the United States and a duly filed Foundation in the Republic of Panama with a unique educational program to support and enhance participation by Developing Countries in the Codex process (details below). The Foundation is sufficiently different from other consumer or health advocacy groups that are currently Observers that it should be included as an Observer on its behalf, or in the alternative, as the other current health advocacy groups are not attending the current meeting, the representatives of the Foundation should occupy the table in their stead.

The Natural Solutions Foundation is not a membership organization, but does accept individuals and organizations as affiliates, none of which already enjoy observer status.

Officers of the Natural Solutions Foundation receive input from Board of Advisors and act as needed, as trustees of the organization.

Funding is entirely through direct funding resulting from private donations. No grants have been applied for or received. The organization qualifies as a “publicly supported organization” under US law in that the majority of its support is generated by individual donations from citizens of several countries.

The Natural Solutions Foundation participates in public meetings and recently had over 300 attendees at a meeting in the State of Tennessee. The organization sponsors online Webinars and Videos to communicate with its extensive supporter base. The Natural Solutions Foundation has cooperative relationships with several organizations, including the Songhai Foundation, Benin (a United Nations Center of Excellence) and Fr. Godfrey of the Songhai Community is an Adviser to the Foundation. Natural Solutions Foundation – Panama has a pending application for affiliation with Ciudad Sabor, the City of Knowledge, a semi-official educational and charitable foundation in Panama.

The Natural Solutions Foundation has attended a number of international meetings, including a meeting of Developing Countries in Africa, February 2006, as an Observer.

The Natural Solutions Foundation was invited to attend the meeting of the Ministers of Health of 42 African countries and their top aides. NSF was admitted to the meeting as an Observer that did not yet have formal credentials with the Regional African Organization (although NSF is working on becoming credentialed participants). When the discussion turned to what the NSF Medical Director, Rima Laibow, MD, felt to be inaccurate Avian Flu information, its prevention and treatment, the just elected President of the organization asked Dr. Laibow to address the meeting, which she did.

The Foundation has also made presentations to the US Food and Drug Administration and has submitted a Citizens’ Petition to the FDA regarding the application of US law to the Codex process.

The Foundation has attended and continues to attend Codex Commission and Committee meetings that are relevant to its work.

(i) Expected contribution to the Joint FAO/WHO Food Standards Programme

The Natural Solutions Foundation anticipates making salient contributions to the Joint FAO/WHO Food Standards Programme by submitting commentary and suggestions to this body on issues which touch on consumer well being, crafted by affiliated attorneys at law and physicians. Demonstraton projects for agricultural techniques to increase yield and decrease chemical inputs are underway in Panama and West Africa.

Purpose – The purpose of collaboration with International Non-Governmental Organizationsis to secure for the Codex Alimentarius Commission, expert information, advice and assistance from International Non-Governmental Organizations and to enable organizations which represent important sections of public opinion and are authorities in their fields of professional and technical competence to express the views of their members and to play an appropriate role in ensuring the harmonizing of intersectoral interests among the various sectoral bodies concerned in a country, regional or global setting. Reposting: Charges brought against WHO regarding weaponized flu and vaccines

We’ve received information from several sources over the past several days regarding Journalist Jane Burgermeister’s courageous action in bringing charges against WHO (World Health Organization) and others concerning bioterrorism and the recent WHO “Level 6” pandemic declaration. We repost one of the articles about this matter below.

WHO changed the definition of a “Level 6” pandemic from that of a full-blown deadly disease being transmitted from person to person globally to a much softer definition that allowed the so-called “Swine Flu” to be declared a pandemic — although there have been less confirmed cases worldwide (by a factor of two) than there are flu deaths in the US alone, annually. With under 150 deaths world-wide we came to the conclusion that WHO must have a hidden agenda.

Thus we devised our “push-back” strategy of demanding respect for the right of people to self-shield in their own homes rather than be forced to take an unproven, uninsurable, mandated flu vaccine produced by Baxter, the same pharmaceutical company that nearly caused an Avian Flu pandemic earlier this year with an “accidental” contamination of seasonal flu vaccine with live Avian viruses. We believe that a weaponized vaccine will be the source of the very pandemic it is touted to prevent.

As the anticipated July release date for Baxter’s A/H1N1 flu pandemic vaccine approaches, an Austrian investigative journalist is warning the world that the greatest crime in the history of humanity is underway. Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She has also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is being filed in America. These actions follow her charges filed in April against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated bird flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic.

Summary of claims and allegations filed with FBI in Austria on June 10, 2009

In her charges, Burgermeister presents evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of U.S. law by a group operating within the U.S. under the direction of international bankers who control the Federal Reserve, as well as WHO, UN and NATO. This bioterrorism is for the purpose of carrying out a mass genocide against the U.S. population by use of a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intent of causing death. This group has annexed high government offices in the U.S.

Specifically, evidence is presented that the defendants, Barack Obama, President of the U.S, David Nabarro, UN System Coordinator for Influenza, Margaret Chan, Director-General of WHO, Kathleen Sibelius, Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services, Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, David de Rotschild, banker, David Rockefeller, banker, George Soros, banker, Werner Faymann, Chancellor of Austria, and Alois Stoger, Austrian Health Minister, among others, are part of this international corporate criminal syndicate which has developed, produced, stockpiled and employed biological weapons to eliminate the population of the U.S. and other countries for financial and political gain.

The charges contend that these defendants conspired with each other and others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis. They did this by bioengineering and then releasing lethal biological agents, specifically the “bird flu” virus and the “swine flu virus” in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination program which would be the means of administering a toxic biological agent to cause death and injury to the people of the U.S. This action is in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act.

Burgermeister’s charges include evidence that Baxter AG, Austrian subsidiary of Baxter International, deliberately sent out 72 kilos of live bird flu virus, supplied by the WHO in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories in four counties. She claims this evidence offers clear proof that the pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies themselves are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly bioweapons on earth in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass death.

In her April charges, she noted that Baxter’s lab in Austria, one of the supposedly most secure biosecurity labs in the world, did not adhere to the most basic and essential steps to keep 72 kilos of a pathogen classified as a bioweapon secure and separate from all other substances under stringent biosecurity level regulations, but it allowed it to be mixed with the ordinary human flu virus and sent from its facilities in Orth in the Donau.

In February, when a staff member at BioTest in the Czech Republic tested the material meant for candidate vaccines on ferrets, the ferrets died. This incident was not followed up by any investigation from the WHO, EU, or Austrian health authorities. There was no investigation of the content of the virus material, and there is no data on the genetic sequence of the virus released.

In answer to parliamentary questions on May 20th, the Austrian Health Minister, Alois Stoger, revealed that the incident had been handled not as a biosecurity lapse, as it should have been, but as an offence against the veterinary code. A veterinary doctor was sent to the lab for a brief inspection.

Burgermeister’s dossier reveals that the release of the virus was to be an essential step for triggering a pandemic that would allow the WHO to declare a Level 6 Pandemic. She lists the laws and decrees that would allow the UN and WHO to take over the United States in the event of pandemic. In addition, legislation requiring compliance with mandatory vaccinations would be put into force in the U.S. under conditions of pandemic declaration.

She charges that the entire “swine flu” pandemic business is premised on a massive lie that there is no natural virus out there that poses a threat to the population. She presents evidence leading to the belief that the bird flu and swine flu viruses have, in fact, been bioengineered in laboratories using funding supplied by the WHO and other government agencies, among others. This “swine flu” is a hybrid of part swine flu, part human flu and part bird flu, something that can only come from laboratories according to many experts.

WHO’s claim that this “swine flu” is spreading and a pandemic must be declared ignores the fundamental causes. The viruses that were released were created and released with the help of WHO, and WHO is overwhelmingly responsible for the pandemic in the first place. In addition, the symptoms of the supposed “swine flu” are indistinguishable from regular flu or from the common cold. The “swine flu” does not cause death anymore often than the regular flu causes death.

Burgermeister notes that the figures for deaths reported for the “swine flu” are inconsistent and there is no clarity as to how the number of “deaths” has been documented.

There is no pandemic potential unless mass vaccinations are carried out to weaponize the flu under the guise of protecting the population. There are reasonable grounds for believing that the mandatory vaccines will be purposely contaminated with diseases that are specifically designed to cause death.

Reference is made to a licensed Novartis bird flu vaccine that killed 21 homeless people in Poland in the summer of 2008 and had as its “primary outcome measure” an “adverse events rate”, thereby meeting the U.S. government’s own definition of a bioweapon (a biological agent designed to cause an adverse events rate, i.e death or injury) with a delivery system (injection).

She alleges that the same complex of international pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies that have developed and released pandemic material have positioned themselves to profit from triggering the pandemic with contracts to supply vaccines. Media controlled by the group that is engineering the “swine flu” agenda is spreading misinformation to lull the people of the U.S. into taking the dangerous vaccine.

The people of the U.S. will suffer substantial and irreparable harm and injury if they are forced to take this unproven vaccine without their consent in accordance with the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, National Emergency Act, National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51, Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-20, and the International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza.

In the U.S. since 2008, Burgermeister charges that those named in her allegations have implemented new and/or accelerated the implementation of laws and regulations designed to strip the citizens of the U.S. of their lawful constitutional rights to refuse an injection. These people have created or allowed provisions to remain in place that make it a criminal act to refuse to take an injection against pandemic viruses. They have imposed other excessive and cruel penalties such as imprisonment and/or quarantine in FEMA camps while barring the citizens of the U.S. from claiming compensation from injury or death from the forced injections. This is in violation of the laws governing federal corruption and the abuse of office as well as of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Through these actions, the named defendants have laid the groundwork for mass genocide.

Using the “swine flu” as a pretext, the defendants have preplanned the mass murder of the U.S. population by means of forced vaccination. They have installed an extensive network of FEMA concentration camps and identified mass grave sites, and they have been involved in devising and implementing a scheme to hand power over the U.S. to an international crime syndicate that uses the UN and WHO as a front for illegal racketeering influenced organized crime activities, in violation of the laws that govern treason.

She further charges that the complex of pharmaceutical companies consisting of Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi Aventis are part of a foreign-based dual purpose bioweapons program, financed by this international criminal syndicate and designed to implement mass murder to reduce the world’s population by more than 5 billion people in the next ten years. Their plan is to spread terror to justify forcing people to give up their rights, and to force mass quarantine in FEMA camps. The houses, companies and farms and lands of those who are killed will be up for grabs by this syndicate.

By eliminating the population of North America, the international elite gain access to the region’s natural resources such as water and undeveloped oil lands. And by eliminating the U.S. and its democratic constitution by subsuming it under a North American Union, the international crime group will have total control over North America.

The complete dossier of the June 10th action is a 69 page document presenting evidence to substantiate all charges. This includes:

Factual background that delineates time lines and facts that establish probable cause, UN and WHO definitions and roles, and history and incidents from the April, 2009 “swine flu” outbreak.

Evidence the “swine flu” vaccines are defined as bioweapons as delineates in government agencies and regulations classifying and restricting vaccines, and the fear of foreign countries that “swine flu” vaccines will be used for biological warfare.

Scientific evidence the “swine flu” virus is an artificial (genetic) virus.

Scientific evidence the “swine flu” was bioengineered to resemble the Spanish flu virus of 1918 including quotes from Swine Flu 2009 is Weaponized 1918 Spanish Flu by A. True Ott, Ph.D., N.D., and a Science Magazine report from Dr. Jeffrey Taubenberger et.al.

Evidence of the deliberate release of the “swine flu” in Mexico

Evidence as to the involvement of President Obama that delineates his trip to Mexico which coincided with the recent “swine flu” outbreak and the death of several officials involved in his trip. Contention is made that the President was never tested for “swine flu” because he had been previously vaccinated.

Evidence as to the role of Baxter and WHO in producing and releasing pandemic virus material in Austria includes a statement from a Baxter official stating the accidentally distributed H5N1 in the Czech Republic was received from a WHO reference center. This includes delineation of evidence and allegations from Burgermeister’s charges filed in April in Austria that are currently under investigation.

Evidence vaccinations caused the Spanish killer flu of 1918 including belief of Dr. Jerry Tennant that the widespread use of aspirin during the winter that followed the end of World War I could have been a key factor contributing to the earlier pandemic by suppressing the immune system and lowering body temperatures, allowing the flu virus to multiply. Tamiflu and Relenza also lower body temperatures, and therefore can also be expected to contribute to the spread of a pandemic.

Media is keeping Americans clueless about the threat they are under

Jane Burgermeister is a dual Irish/Austrian who has written for Nature, the British Medical Journal, and American Prospect. She is the European Correspondent of the Renewable Energy World website. She has written extensively about climate change, biotechnology, and the ecology.

In addition to the charges currently under investigation that she filed against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology in April, she has filed charges against WHO and Baxter among others concerning a case of exploding “swine flu” vials meant for a research lab on a busy IC train in Switzerland.

In her view, control of the media by the ruling elite has allowed the world crime syndicate to further its agenda unabated while the rest of the people remain in the dark about what is really going on. Her charges are an attempt to get around this media control and bring the truth to light.

Her greatest concern is that “in spite of the fact Baxter has been caught red handed nearly triggering pandemic, they are also moving ahead, together with allied pharma companies, with supplying the vaccine for pandemics.” Baxter is hurrying to get this vaccine to market some time in July.

Weaponized Pathogens and Weaponized Vaccines threaten everything we hold dear, including life itself.

The strategic task before us is simple: deliver an enormous mass of messages to Congress — millions of them — demanding protection for the Right to Self-Shield.

Congress was about to take away all access to Dietary Supplements in 1994 when people massed to demand their rights. Instead of banning, them, a unanimous Congress to make sure that, like the Dietary Supplment act in 1994, under the weight of our demand for that right, a unanimous Congress did a 180? turn and passed the most important nutritional act in the world, DSHEA, The Dietary Supplements Health and Education Act, which says you can have access to whatever supplements you want AND the information to use them.

Well, we have to take a lesson from history and do the same thing. This time, the medium is electronic – emails, to be exact. If we mass enough pressure, Congress, however unwilling they are to do so, will have no choice but to act to protect the Self-Shield alternative to the uninsurable risk of mandated flu vaccinations.

With the declaration last week by WHO that the so-called “swine flu” had reached pandemic “Level 6? (they actually had to change the definition of level 6 to make this declaration work!) a whole series of bureaucratic prerogatives have been triggered, further empowering local, state, national and international agencies.

We have previously published documents which make it clear that, should the New World Order choose to do so, they can trigger a situation in which all political power devolves to the UN “because” of the declaration of a global state of pandemic emergency by WHO ( which, as a private corporation like the Federal Reserve, is answerable to no one but its private owners.)

Why have the “bigs” – Big Pharma, Big Chema, Big Medica, Big Finance and Big Govt – what we might call collectively, “Big Sickness”, set this up?

We believe that this phony “Pandemic” has been created for dangerous strategic reasons, to finally strangle our remaining health freedoms, while hugely profiting the sickness industry.

This horrific potential must be prevented. We mean to protect our children and ourselves from a dangerous, weaponized vaccine created to trigger a weaponized primate-avian-porcine pandemic flu.

To do so, we have considered the power relationships among the various bureaucratic and commercial interests, the needs of the people, and have applied our targeted, and increasingly successful strategy of “push-back” — of new media based, mass net roots action — to strategically jab back, disrupting the power elite’s control agenda.

In this case, our tactic is to secure the issue of the Right to Self-Quarantine and Self-Shield in the event of a pandemic emergency declaration. As usual, Natural Solutions Foundation is the leader in this innovative tactic which could, literally, save your life and that of those you hold dear.

In the few days since we proposed the concept legal protections for those who seek to self-shield instead accepting the government’s uninsurable vaccines or their incarceration “option”, hundreds of thousands of email messages have reached legislators and decision makers, demanding respect for this right and urging legislators to sponsor the “Protecting Americans’ Self Shielding” Act [the Protecting Americans Act].

What is the purpose of the Protecting Americans Act? To forbid the use of Federal funds to prevent or interfere with self-shielding, self-quarantine. No Federal funding means no State will have the ability to force dangerous, weaponized vaccines or dangerous incarceration on the People.

Summary: Activism Update

I get a lot of emails, calls and suggestions asking why the Health Freedom Movement does not work together better. You might ask why we are not further along in securing our Health Freedom. Same questions. Good questions. The truth of the matter is that if the Health Freedom movement were functional, General Bert and i I would never had had to close my private medical practice (drug free, of course) to take health freedom on.

In fact, shortly after the Natural Solutions Foundation was created, General Bert and I initiated the process that led to a “Summit Meeting” of the Health Freedom groups on both sides of the Atlantic in Crystal City VA. n fact, shortly after the Natural Solutions Foundation was created, General Bert and I initiated the process that led to a 2005 “Summit Meeting” of the Health Freedom groups on both sides of the Atlantic in Crystal City VA. Except for meeting our third Trustee, Ralph Fucetola, his wife Kathy and Attorney Jim Turner there, the results were pure T’ N E: Turf and Ego.

No change from then to now, unfortunately. So we decided not to participate in the resulting insular grouping and, instead, set about getting things done. And so we have!

The Natural Solutions Foundation never attacks anyone. Despite attacks and disinformation better suited to agents of the other side, we continue on the high road, holding out the hand of cooperation. So far, that hand keeps getting smacked with insults and disinformation, but perhaps the others will be “shaped” by our consistent ethical behavior (grow up?).

Be that as it may, there is a real issue which the T ‘N E is creating a real problem which impacts you and I want you to know about it.

You see, the Natural Solutions Foundation has applied for Observer Status at Codex. That would allow us to speak at the Codex Meetings which we cannot do now. We were turned down, but with instructions from the Chairman of Codex Alimentarius Commission, Dr. Claude Moshe, which you’ll soon hear about as you read further.

There is one “Health Freedom” organization which is has Observer Status and, under the rules of Codex, that organization is OBLIGATED to allow us, as an organization working in the same area, specifically Health Freedom, to literally sit at the table in the Codex sessions and have access to the microphone when we ask for it. When our application for Observer Status was denied, the then-Chairman of Codex specifically noted that the organization holding the Observer Status was to give us that position.

We have tried repeatedly to work with that organization. Recently, its head, on a national radio show styled himself the “Voice of Health Freedom at Codex”. Well, since this organization, exactly like the Chairman at Codex, refuses to recognize other voices than the ones he wants to hear, we decided that we would write to him and let him know that we had reached the end of our patience on the issue. This organization repeats that they are the only organization with a seat at the Codex table.

Enough! If this organization, and the other group that is permitted through their grace to sit at that table, were doing their job, Codex would not have sailed so easily through its doings to the point where we are now.

WITHOUT a seat a the table, the Natural Solutions Foundation is directly responsible for keeping fluoride out of baby formula.

WITHOUT a seat at the table, the Natural Solutions Foundation found a solution to the Codex guidelines and regulations for countries that wished to protect their food supply and the health of their people and took that solution to those countries without fear of WTO Trade Sanctions.

WITHOUT a seat at the table we managed to meet privately with the President of India and bring about a major new piece of legislation which could help bring down Codex while protecting the health and food supply of 1.2 billion people

WITHOUT a seat at the table we managed to become the largest, most widely-read and respected health freedom organization in the world.

WITHOUT a seat at the table, the Natural Solutions Foundation has become a major force for Health Freedom with agricultural experimental stations in Panama and Africa.

You deserve a voice that represents you at the Codex table. The rules and regulations of Codex demand that and so do we.

They may choose to spend their time currying favor and not doing much to impede the deadly march of Codex. We do not. We asked for a response by a reasonable time and got none.

We are now going to proceed with this issue on a formal basis since, as we have previously written, having been granted a seat at the table, which the organization does share with other organizations of its own choosing, they work, in our estimation, pretty hard to avoid offending anyone in Codex. Lap dog health freedom advocates just won’t cut it. Just wanted to let you know so you could stay tuned on this issue.

Hey everyone,

I just got off the phone with Major General Albert Stubblebine (US Army, Ret.) and also his wife, Dr. Rima Laibow. General Stubblebine is one of the real American heroes among our retired Military. He is an outspoken signatory to, and participant in, the “Oath Keepers” program, as well as one of the highest ranking former military people to publicly question the government story about 9-11. I caught both of them just prior to their departure to Rome for the CODEX meetings where further strident steps are underway to remove our rights to self-help health, to alternative medicines and supplements, etc. He will be a guest on my radio program (The Aroostook Watchmen) in a few weeks.

They both pleaded with me, stridently, to please share these two action items with all of my friends in the patriot community. According to both of them, if we lose these two battles, America will be finished as we know it, and I agree.
