Straight Talk About Money

You know it as well as I do: the main threat to our health and health freedom is that we are so very productive, financially speaking, when we are sick. Healthy, we work and go to school and pay taxes and get married and so forth. Health is, after all, our natural state of being but it does not generate much income for the illness industry.

Sick, we have the capacity to pour nearly limitless streams of wealth into the coffers of the vast industry that prospers only if we are ill. The huge hospitals, the ubiquitous drug stores, the nurses and doctors, the cancer and cardiovascular centers, the sleek and slick drug companies – where would they be if we were well? Nonexistent– that’s where they would be.

If illness were not so profitable, we would not have to fight so hard for our health. It would not be in anyone’s best interests to have us sicker younger, longer. If our illness were not the most financially productive reality on Planet Earth, we would use herbs, nutrients, exercise, sunlight, mind/body techniques and other inexpensive, powerful and non toxic health strategies as a matter of course. There would be no battle for our minds and our bodies to degrade our immune systems and force us into lingering, tragic diseases which are so very profitable for the illness industry – and devastating for us.

I have said it before and I will say it again: the other side has more money than God. They will use it to make you sick and to make you believe that the only way to get well is to put your faith, your money and your health, in the hands of the agencies and industries that profit from your illness, not your wellness. These are the people who, like the FDA, are perfectly happy to jeopardize your health, indeed your very life, to keep their corporate masters happy by approving unsafe food and dangerous drugs while conducting a vigorous war on your well being and your right to use products, services and strategies which do not enhance illness, but support wellness.

International Decade of Nutrition Creates the Valley of the Moon

You probably are already familiar with the International Decade of Nutrition or IDN (www.NaturalSolutionsFoundation.org), a daring and innovative project of the Natural Solutions Foundation.

And you may know that in addition to new technology applications to totally eliminate the need for pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers and other dangerous chemicals (like our two projects in Benin, West Africa), the IDN is setting up a farm and farm school to help farmers return to sustainable agriculture without dangerous chemicals. This remarkable project will be sited in the lush and beautiful, temperate and delightful Chiriqui Highlands of Panama. In fact, we are creating a sustainable Eco Community there in a fertile valley we have decided to call by its original name, “The Valley of the Moon”.

Because the Valley of the Moon’s agriculture (perhaps even its social structure) are models that may well shape the future of the healthy survival of the people of this planet, including you.

Funding the Health Freedom Documentary

The Natural Solutions Foundation has made a great start on the Health Freedom Full Lenght Documentary and Health Freedom Library. We have been to Panama, Benin, Codex in Germany, New Jersey, Washington DC, California and elsewhere gathering footage and focus for our Major documentary. That’s the good news. Our collaborators and partners in this venture, Ecological Options Network are award winning documentary film makers who select only “deep democracy” issues: things that can change our lives by shining the light of truth and focusing on solutions. They are heroic and skilled. They cannot, however, work without compensation and, although we got off to a great start, we ran out of money for the project. It is as simple as that. This project costs $4,000 per month and will require about $52,000 to complete.

If you know film making you know that this is incredibly inexpensive for a major film undertaking. The problem is that we do not have that money. We need this film. Health freedom needs it. You need it. We have asked people who want to support this full length documentary and the Health Freedom Library which it will spin off (starting, of course, with compulsory vaccination and mandatory drugging) to help and you have been generous. But we are still a long way from having completed this outstanding project.

Good News on New York’s Bad, Bad Bill

New York State Assembly Bill 10942 is among the worst pro-vaccine bills yet. If passed it will make ALL vaccines recommended by the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) MANDATORY for every child and health care worker in New York State. True, there is a religious exemption for students but not for health care workers or others. And the State can administer vaccines supposedly against sexually transmitted diseases to minors without parental notification or permission.

The ACIP never met a vaccine it did not like, including for example:

The Rotovirus vaccine which has been found to cause epilepsy, pneumonia and death in children but was approved by the FDA anyway

The HPV vaccine which acts against 4 HPV strains NOT associated with cervical cancer and which increases the chances of a vaccinated woman coming down with cervical cancer by as much as 400% (!) according to the FDA’s own pre-approval documents (!)

The same mercury-containing flu vaccine which the CDC said did not confer protection on the majority of people receiving it while they also reccomended that children, adults and the elderly get this shot anyway (!)

Perhaps because of our vigorious response, Bill 10942 did not pass and is still in Committee. Click here (http://salsa.democracyinaction.org/o/568/t/1128/campaign.jsp?campaign_KEY=21833), whether you live in New York State or not, to tell New York Legislators and your own State and Congressional legislators, what a bad idea this bill is and how strongly you oppose compulsory vaccinaton.
