Really good things are happening on a variety number of fronts in the health freedom battle. This email is a partial list of the victories and forward surges we are accomplishing. As a famous TV market guru, Louis Ruckhouser, always says, "But first, let’s do the numbers!"

Web sites the world over are ranked by www.Alexa.com. Alexa tracks number of viewers, movement up or down in popularity (that is, views by internet users) for both the entire word and by country. They track number of pages viewed, number of links to the site, reach (percent of global internet users who visit a site) and other parameters. They give you your statistics right now, for the last week, three months ago and also list your national rank by country.

50,911, 147,926: Rank and Freedom!

Today, the Natural Solutions Foundation website, www.HealthFreedomUSA.org, ranks 50,911 for ALL sites visited by ALL INTERNET USERS in the United States! Globally we rank 147,926nd in internet use! We have climbed by 256,100 positions in the last 3 months. Alexa says that out of every 10,000 people who use the internet, 60 of them come to our site! No wonder the other side wants to shut us down when we say things they would really rather you not know!

Nobody that we know can say for sure how many websites there are in the world. Way back on July 23, 2002, Martin Hepworth, Senior Systems Administrator for Solid State Logic Ltd, wrote that "Google holds records for 2,073,418,204 pages today, but then there are the pages that don’t link to anything or link from anything".

We do know, though, how the web has mushroomed since way back then! So out of a couple of gazillion websites on the internet, you and I together have brought the issues of health freedom and Codex to the public eye in a most remarkable way.

Even better is that when people come to www.HealthFreedomUSA.org, they stay to read an astounding average of 9.6 pages! In a world where people are more rushed and harried than we have ever been before, the health freedom issues are so compelling that people spend their precious time reading and then taking action!

We are climbing, but we are not at the top of the heap by a long shot. Here’s what’s working and what we all need to continue doing to keep these issues in front of more and more people: We need to

• Keep sharing the information you get from Natural Solutions Foundation each time you get it.
• Share it with everyone you know and ask them to do the same.
• Put a short note at the top of your forwarded email explaining that health and health freedom are important to you.
• Urge the people you are sending the material to take a moment and read the vital information in your email.
• Ask them to visit the links, get involved and take action.
• Along with the articles, blogs or Health Alerts, make sure you ask them to watch the Nutricide Video at www.HealthFreedomUSA.org in every email.
• If you have a website, put the a link to our site up to increase search engine rank for www.HealthFreedomUSA.org. You can find this link at http://www.healthfreedomusa.org/index.php?page_id=206

The more sites link to ours, the higher our search engine ranking goes and the more people find our site when they do searches!

By now it is no surprise that the health freedom effort will take money to win. Websites, administration, travel, hotels, publications, DVD replication, postage, computers, webmasters, artists, registration fees, postage, posters, pamphlets, fax machines, ink, paper, they all cost money. Natural Solutions Foundation supporters do, in fact, support what we are doing with their time, effort, creativity and money.

At the beginning of 2007 we set a fund raising goal of $85,000 for the first quarter. That amount did not budget for a new, secure server and the other related expenses of site security which have become obvious necessities because of the recent attacks on our site. I am sure you recall that our site (and a temporary page, as well) was the target of a well orchestrated, sophisticated attack. We need to make sure that does not happen again, but that adds another expense that we did not budget for when we set our target goal at the beginning of 2007. We are looking into options now.

You have responded to our request wonderfully: as of today we have raised $75,882 from your tax deductible donations and your purchases. That means that the amount we still need to raise between now and the end of March, a mere 6 days away, is $9,118. We have great faith in you and believe that you WILL come through for us.

More Good News!

"We’re Merely Responding To Our Customers’ Demands!"

When people (customers, constituents, voters, consumers, end-users, call them what you will) make enough demands, institutions responds whether they want to or not. That’s the take away message of this email. Here’s why I say that:

Good news can be found in a lot of places these days. Here are brief snippets of positive events in the last several months that all of us can take heart from. Each of them has a common thread: each was accomplished by dedicated ordinary people raising their voices together as consumers, as voters, as citizens. A few examples from many:

Idaho Says NO!

Idaho’s State Legislature became the first State in the US to say "NO!" the a North American Union, the Trans Texas Corridor and the Security and Prosperity Partnership which effectively dissolves the US, Canada and Mexico to merge them into a single country. This was agreed upon, in Banf, Canada, on March 23, 2005. Here’s the conclusion of the resolution:

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE RS 17145: The purpose of this legislation is to send the message to the Congress of the United States, and particularly the Congressional delegation representing the State of Idaho that the First Regular Session of the Fifty-ninth Idaho Legislature, the Senate and the House of Representatives concurring therein, that the Congress of the United States, and particularly the congressional delegation representing the State of Idaho,are hereby urged and petitioned to use all of their efforts to withdraw the United States from any further participation in the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America and any other bilateral or multilateral activity which seeks to advance,authorize, fund or in any way promote the creation of any structure to accomplish any form of North American Union.

India’s Supreme Court Temporarily Barred Approval of Genetically Modified Crops

The Supreme Court of India on September 22, 2006 directed India’s Genetic Engineering Approval Committee (GEAC), not to give approvals to genetically modified products until further orders.

US Federal Court Says Biotech Alfalfa’s Impact on Environment Not Studied

A March 13, 2007 Federal Court decision overturning U.S. government approval for a biotech alfalfa underscores complaints made for years that the USDA is failing to adequately oversee genetically altered crops. The crop, genetically altered to withstand treatments of Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide, was approved in 2005. But Judge Breyer immediately halted any more seed sales and ordered that any planting must cease after March 30 after he determined that the USDA violated the law in allowing unrestricted commercial planting of the crop.

The judge said the USDA should have prepared an environmental impact statement before deregulating the Roundup Ready alfalfa.

Trials of GM Crops

In a March 12, 2007 decision broadly affecting field trials of genetically engineered crops, a federal district judge ruled that the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) must halt approval of all new field trials until more rigorous environmental reviews are conducted.

The suit, concerned genetically modified grasses. In studies concerning environmental contamination from genetically modified creeping bentgrass, the US Environmental Protection Agency found multiple instances of the pollen from the bentgrass traveling several miles and transferring its traits to native grasses. Last year, EPA researchers found that the engineered grasses had escaped from field trials to contaminate a national grassland.

Mercury on Trial

On March 27, 2007 the FDA will appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia as the defendant in a case called "Moms Against Mercury, et al., v. FDA". The plaintiffs are suing the FDA for failing, for over 30 years, to rule on the safety, or danger, or mercury dental amalgam despite the fact that it has ruled on every other type of dental amalgam in that same period. The plaintiffs want mercury amalgam permanently banned (as it has been in Sweden and other countries). The FDA has apparently been in flagrant violation of US law in this matter. The case promises to be of major health significance.

Mexico Bans US Rice for Fear of
Bayer GM Contamination

As of March 17, 2007, since 63% of US rice is now contaminated with LL601 GM rice which "escaped" 5 years ago from a test planting by Bayer, Mexico now requires that rice imported from the US be free of genticaly modified varieties. Mexico’s food inspection service, Senasica, announced that the Mexican government had ordered its customs offices to stop all reice coming into Mexico unless it was first proven to be free of GMO (genetically modified organisms).

In an official letter, Senasica, a division of the Mexican Agriculture Secretariat specifies that "in order to protect the health of consumers, all shipments of rice need to be certified by any of the authorized laboratories."

Maine Water District Ends Fluoridation

On March 5, 2007 Mount Desert residents voted to remove fluoride from the drinking water by an overwhelming 229-42 margin at Monday’s town meeting referendum vote. The town becomes the first municipality in the state to remove fluoride from its water.

Since 1963, Mount Desert has added fluoride for its purported benefits in combating tooth decay. But recent studies of fluoride’s possible negative effects led the Mount Desert Water District to seek an end to fluoridation.

Huge CA Dairy Cooperative Bans Synthetic Bovine Growth Hormone

On March 7, 2007, the California Dairies Co., which generates 10 percent of the milk produced in the US, annouced in Fresno, CA, that their members must stop injecting their herds with the genetically engineered hormone, rBST, by Aug. 1, 2007. If they don’t, they’ll have to pay an additional premium for the co-op to truck their milk to "alternative markets".

rBST, or synthetic recombinant bovine hormone (somatotropin), produced by Monsanto and sold under the name "POSILAC" is already banned in Canada and Europe, because of concerns that it makes cows more prone to illness. It also has grave health risks for people which our Corporate funded and therefore corporate friendly (and, from the point of view of protection of health and wellness, non-functional) FDA pays no heed to whatsoever.

On Jan. 23, the co-op’s board of directors, through Richard Cotta, CEO and president, told its 650 members the co-op would stop accepting milk from herds treated with the growth hormone and from cloned cows saying,"We’re merely responding to our customers’ demands and we’ve gotten very strong support."

Vox Populi: The Voice of the People

Every one of these victories has a common thread. They were all won by regular people saying "NO!" to corporate (and/or) national agendas and taking strong, concerted, decisive, SHARED action. Not one of them was achieved by the Lone Ranger. They are the fruits of people working together for what they believe is essential and right despite the size or power of the forces on the other side.

That’s where we are today. Strong? Well funded? In bed with the governments of the world? In control of the mainstream media? You bet!

Invincible? Absolutely not!

That is exactly where you come in. Raise your voice electronically and otherwise. I have written about the genocidal agenda and our site was knocked off line. Well, we’re back. And close to 5,000 of you took the time to write and offer us your support!

We really are in this together. It’s your health, my health, your health freedom, my health freedom. We are brothers and sisters in this battle no matter where we come from and what our families look like.

Your Voice is the Deciding Factor!

Put a million single voices together and you’ve got a mighty cry! Put 10 million votes together and you’ve got a mighty power. Put 100 million emails together and you’ve got an unstoppable tide. ONLY your raised voices can bring about victories like the ones I have mentioned here.

Only your joined voices can control the Codex process (or kill it) by breaking the code of silence which has allowed it to carry out its agenda since it began working in 1963 in nearly complete effective privacy. Join the Natural Solutions Foundation in keeping your health freedom strong. The more active you become, the more strength we have.

Is the picture totally rosy? Of course not. But concerted efforts like those of the Natural Solutions Foundation ARE making a difference. We are fighting for your right to make decisions that impact your health and your freedom every day. And we are making headway, despite the efforts of the other side. We have something on our side they lack: we are right. We are speaking our truth to their power and and we are working for empowerment and the opportunity to choose freely what you want for your body and your health.
