I spent today attending a brief (and potentially lethal) Working Group at the Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses (CCNFSDU) here in Bad Neuenahr, Germany. The hotel is gracious, the food is delicious, the weather is horrid but that’s really not important.

What is important is that not only is the US Government selling you (and your health) down the river, and the supplement industry trade groups touting a line of Pharma Phriendly nonsense to their members, but the one "Health Freedom" group accorded "Official Observer" status either does not get what is going on … or worse.

The battle is raging and your health and health freedom are at stake. Here’s the straight skinny: either the Natural Solutions Foundation gets the netroots support we need to bring this battle to the US grass roots, the US Congress and the decision-makers of the developing world (so they can apply the Codex Two Step process to their food supply, pressuring the US to do the same) or we might as well pack it in.
