Health & Freedom Advocates Meeting
New York City – January, 2008

General Stubblebine and I would love to meet with as many of you as possible, whenever our schedule permits. That’s why we held a series of Health Freedom Rallies across America last year.

This week we are on our way to another Codex Alimentarius (World Food Code) meeting, this time in Africa, where the right of consumers like you to actually know if the food they are eating contains GM ingredients will be hotly debated. The US forbids labeling so that consumers will not be "misled" by the truth, which the FDA considers to be "false and misleading information" since, it reasons, if consumers knew their food was genetically modified, they would reject it.

So the FDA illegally "protects" us from that error by forbidding us from having the information we need to make informed choices about our food. The US, of course, wants the rest of the world dragged into that insanity and, for once, many of the countries of the world are opposing what the US wants. That’s what this meeting in Ghana is about. You can be sure we will keep you posted on a daily basis.

Before we get on the plane for Africa, we have a short lay over at JFK Airport in New York City so our third Foundation trustee, Ralph Fucetola JD is arranging for us to all meet at our favorite Korean restaurant near La Guardia airport. We would be delighted if you would join us. The topic will be a health freedom emergency: No Forced Vaccination. That includes so-called pandemic vaccines, pediatric vaccines, college student vaccines, flu vaccines, ALL vaccines. We’ll eat, brainstorm and strategize. Here are the details:

FTC Petition: Stop the Lies!

The First Amendment to the Constitution for the united States enshrines our Right to Petition government for redress of grievances. The Natural Solutions Foundation has championed this Right and submitted a legal challenge in the form of a Citizens Petition to FDA and other government agencies… and hundreds of thousands of you have signed on to these efforts.

When we have the funds, we will challenge the FDA in Federal Court on this issue since they have ignored their legal responsibility to respond formally to our Petition. That is called "Exhausting our administrative options". We’ve done that with your help and now we can sue them in court.

Natural Solutions Foundation is at it again! We are pleased to announce that our No Forced Vaccination Yahoo!Groups Forum will be working on a formal Citizens Petition to the Federal Trade Commission (that’s right, not the FDA… we know FDA is so "in the pocket" of Big Pharma that petitioning that agency, except to expose its failures, is only one way to coerce the government to take appropriate steps. But the FTC has a different attitude: it has not always shied away from taking on the biggest cartels on behalf of the consumer. FTC is supposed to ensure that all advertising is "truthful and not misleading…"

So we intend to Petition FTC to stop all advertisements in favor of vaccination until the ads meet the standard of "truthful and not misleading." That is, until Big Pharma and its government allies tell parents and doctors about the real risks and "side effects" of repeated shots of unproven and often toxic substances. We also want the vaccine industry to tell "consumers" of their toxins that we may have the right to refuse compulsory vaccination on medical, religious or philosophical grounds.

International Decade of Nutrition
Demonstration Projects:
Panama, Thailand and Africa

I am in Panama writing this eBlast right now. Read on and find out why.

Natural Solutions Foundation exists to develop and demonstrate natural solutions to our pressing health care needs, while representing your grass roots interests with political decision makers. We believe that we have all the information we need NOW to end world hunger and eliminate most diseases around the globe: end hunger and malnourishment and you end their consequences. (By the way, the single most effective way to control populations around the world is to educate women: the quality of life of the community goes up and the birth rate goes down).

Thus, in addition to educating the agencies and authorities about the link between clean food, health and freedom, we also seek to demonstrate that natural, advanced approaches can do more for human well-being than many bureaucratic programs. That also means that we give subsistence farmers around the world the economic and technical advantages necessary to resist the forces that are industrializing the food supply and forcing them off their lands. When they leave their communities, they typically gravitate to the cities looking for work where they and their families become part of the abjectly poor without education, adequate nourishment or hope.

We’ve met loads of interesting people as we’ve traveled to represent you at Codex and other meetings. Many of those people share our concerns and our passion for simple, workable, natural solutions to these vast problems. Some of them have invited us to work with them to implement natural solutions and explore how to implement the Codex Two Step Process.

These allies come from Thailand, India, Africa and elsewhere, including Panama, where our close relationship with the Organics Growers has led us to an exciting opportunity to develop a Demonstration Project that is moving forward even as you read this. In future eBlasts we will discuss some of the other projects that may develop, here though, we want to tell you about Panama where today we made a significant forward movement toward the realization of this project.

In Panama, the strength of the banking community makes it a place that we believe the US will want to leave intact, just the way the Nazi’s could easily have overrun Switzerland, but did not. They left that small country intact. Their loot was hidden there!

In Panama. where the land is outstandingly fertile and we have the ability to grow better-than-organic food year round in the Panama Highlands while sharing that capacity with her farmers.

In Panama, where the weather in the Highlands goes between 65-85 F all year long, there is an abundance of virgin soil (never demineralized) waiting to be sensitively and lovingly used for growing outstanding food.

In Panama, where the Panama Organic Growers Association and the Natural Solutions Foundation are working hand in hand to bring the benefits of better-than-organic to the farmers who grow Panama’s food and spread that information beyond Panama itself, the willingness on the part of the farmers to grow food that they know is safe for their families to eat is very strong.

In Panama, which has a non-GMO crop law already in place, there is a real possibility to turn the whole country into a better-than-organic food producing center and help it to follow the Codex Two Step Process to protect its food supply.

In Panama where the laws are extremely favorable to Natural Medicine this allows the creation of an ARC (Advanced Renewal Community) where food production, reclamation of healthy food techniques, Health Renovation and Restoration can be realities for those who participate in this project. The project will be built around a better-than-organic totally sustainable farm (I’m not a farmer but we have the Organic Growers to guide us and Permaculture and BioDynamic principles to make it even better). We will have a farm school to help farmers from around the world learn to return to chemical free agriculture.

I am not a farm laborer, either, so we will have a local work force helping us – and there are plenty of local farmers to work with us. There is great eagerness for this project here, by the way.

We will have a health center where we can practice the medicin we believe in. Using our best therapy, treatment and healing practices without harassment by forces which do not want this to happen. The laws in Panama are extremely favorable to natural medicine. We will provide these services to ourselves, people who come for treatments, the local community and the indigenous peoples in the area.

We’ll have an arts center, possibly a school and several kinds of housing (long and short term).

Best of all, today we found the land to make this all happen in the Highlands of Panama. This land simply could not be better: It backs up onto a Panamanian National Forest! The vistas, the soil, the climate, the elevation, the pesticide free area, the organic coffee already being grown on the land, the magnificent small river on the land, the contours, each aspect, in fact, is optimal. Yesterday I created a list of exactly what we wanted and wrote it down to give to a man who is helping us create this project here. Today we visited this land and each and every item on my list was fulfilled!
