The Natural Solutions Foundation was founded by Dr. Rima E. Laibow, MD and Maj. Gen. Albert N. Stubbleine, III (US Army, ret.). Our third trustee is Ralph Fucetola JD. Established in 2004, the Foundation is an international NGO (Non Governmental Organization) active and registered in several countries, and is a not for profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization in the United States. The Mission of the Foundation is to discover, develop, demonstrate, document and disseminate natural solutions.
