As soon as the long term feeding study by Professor Seralini and his group was released last week, a barrage of what appeared to be coordinated negative responses surfaced. Of course. What else would you expect? Respected scientists engage in study; announce results which is not to the benefit of BigFarma and get attacked. Like Dr. Wakefield, all over again.

Corrupt and tainted “scientists” attacked on every front they could think of while Russia, France and other countries banned imports and cultivation of the dangerous corn used in the test, Monsanto’s NK 603.

While South Africa’s and the EU’s watchdog groups call for a total ban on GMOs (which the Natural Solutions Foundation strongly supports), NPR’s Science Reporter, Dan Castle and others condemned the study because, well, they just need to.

In fact, Castle identified the unlabeled use of GMOs in the US food supply as an experiment.

I just had to respond.

Here is what I wrote.

I am afraid that I must take serious exception with your article. I agree that skepticism is important in evaluating science (consider the pseudoscience of vaccine research, for example, or pre-loaded and seriously distorted pharmaceutical research, which is the norm, it is also important to examine the premises of both research and criticism of research. You report Dan Charles of NPR saying “There’s no apparent reason why that should be true; No one has found new toxic substances in these crops. And the giant feeding experiment that’s been going on for the past fifteen years —millions of Americans consuming GMO ingredients — hasn’t produced evidence of harm, either…”

There is, in fact, every apparent reason to expect that the Serilini study findings should be true. Inserting genes is not a precise, neat process. It is messy and the inserted genes, plus the phages and marker genes used along with the trait genes, cause massive disarray in the genome of the target cell. That disarray disrupts the relationship of the genetic architecture so that genes, whose expression is determined not only by their base sequence, but by their relationship to other parts of the codon, are altered both directly and indirectly. Novel proteins, some of which have never existed before in biological history, as far as we know, are produced in a chimeric fashion since cells are impacted in a chimeric fashion.

Bacteria in the gut are altered through plasmid alteration and, given that 80% of the immune function of an individual is understood to rest in the GI tract, including the important function, and communication of the gut biota, these changes are, indeed, a huge experiment, as Mr. Charles calls it.

There are, of course, ethical problems with experimenting upon people, in this case, a world full of them, without their informed consent. Nuremberg made that a world principle. Of course, the US, although a convener of the Nuremberg Trials, refused to sign the resulting Nuremberg Convention.

I agree with Mr. Charles on the concept that GMO feeding studies have been conducted on the world population. They are uncontrolled and their results can only be inferred since it is forbidden by the FDA to label GMO products or ingredients. When confronted on this repressive and dangerous policy at a special Ad Hoc Working Group on GMO Labeling (Oslo, 2008), Dr. Barbara Schneemann, US delegate to that meeting, articulated that since US consumers would overwhelmingly reject GMO foods if they knew that they WERE GMOs, and since the FDA has administratively [and pseudo-scientifically – Dr. Rima] declared GMOs to be “substantially equivalent” to non GMOs, to prevent consumers from ‘making the mistake of rejecting GMOs’ [sic!], the FDA has made the labeling of GMOs illegal in the United States.

Mr. Charles’ naïve assumption that unless a toxic chemical has been identified, no harm can come from this technology is breathtaking. We are looking at genetic, genomic and epistatic impact, not at simple toxicology of chemicals.

Despite the fact that case law [Western ] and the US Constitution prohibits any such restriction, the lack of labeling makes precise evaluation of the results of this secret experiment impossible. What we do know is that serious allergies have skyrocketed since the unannounced start of this experiment. So have asthma, attention deficit disorder and other neurological conditions, especially in children, early macular degeneration (which I have seen in 17 year olds, despite the fact that it was previously defined as not occurring by definition in anyone younger than 65 years of age), cancers in younger and younger people, liver disease and failure (which is no epidemic in adolescents according to the CDC), infertility, sterility and auto immune disease to list only a few of the [I hope] unintended consequences of GMO infiltration of our food supply.

No harm to human health? How would Mr. Charles know that, given the government-mediated secrecy of the contamination of the food supply with “experimental” materials in unlimited, un-quantified and unidentified amounts and forms?

Other scientists have shown enormous harm to health: smaller kidneys, holes in the gut, decreased immune function, reproductive failure, birth defects, fetal loss, shortened life span, increased tumor formation, genetic alteration leading, for example, to hair in the oral cavities of third generation GMO chow fed rodents and more.

I recently coined the term Genomic Disruption Syndrome (GDS) to describe the genomic changes which poorly studied inputs like GMOs are having on our genetic material, www.GDS-Therapy.com. Given the declining health of people who consume GMOs, it is reasonable to assume that their genome is being impacted negatively by them. Certainly, the genome of our gut bacteria, super weeds super bugs and plants contaminated by horizontal gene transfer is being negatively impacted.

Why is it not reasonable to conclude that the precautionary principle might be applied to a technology which tampers with the very architecture of life, and that in secret?
The biotech industry sees no need to release its data in its one-sided, highly questionable “studies”. Sertolini is quite correct in withholding his raw data to make the point clear.

Two further points:

1. Which crops contain the Epicyte gene which causes both males and females to produce antibodies to sperm and which Monsanto and Dupont created a joint venture to “commercialize” in 2001? No harm to human health? Involuntary sterility seems harmful to me. These two biotech giants, supported by lapdog regulatory agencies are doing what to the genome without informed consent and

2. Large numbers of farmers report infertility and unexplained deaths in their GMO fed animals. In fact, the brief EU feeding trials on Monsanto’s corn were followed by the death of several of the small number of test animals.

Clearly, these are, at best, highly questionable substances deployed in thoroughly unethical and unprincipled ways through the complicity of irresponsible regulatory agencies.

I personally welcome the study under discussion and welcome its being replicated by other scientists.

By the way, were I the good Professor, I would have insisted on similar tight security. The other side of the “debate” has never been known for its scruples in refraining from corrupt practices and industrial espionage.

How about this: you want to vaccinate your kids and yourself, despite the evidence that unvaccinated kids are healthier than vaccinated ones, that most outbreaks of diseases occur in fully vaccinated children, that there is no modern scientific substantiation for the vaccine antibody protection hypothesis (quite the contrary, in fact), that the insertion of foreign DNA from the antigen and substrate contamination is highly toxic to the immune system and the genome and the fact that the other adjuvants like aluminum and preservatives like Polysorbate 80, fluoride and formaldehyde (to say nothing of squalene) are also highly toxic. I do not. So you go ahead and vaccinate them and yourself, and I won’t.

Here’s the deal: if vaccines work, you have nothing to worry about. You and yours are “protected.” If they don’t, why are you vaccinating your kids and yourself? But, hey, that’s what makes horse races. You want to play genetic roulette with their lives and your, despite the fact that the vaccine injuries cost the public a huge amount of money (more than $2 Billion has been paid out to the parents of vaccine injured children through the Special Master’s Vaccine Injury Court in the US and most cases never come to a hearing or receive compensation) in health care costs that raise the cost of health care for all of us and in lost productivity, why you go right ahead.

But you have no call, cause or claim to force the same on those of us who understand the issues and value our immune and genetic integrity.

So we can end the bitter name calling and depredation from your side (none from mine, you will note) and from people like you who apparently feel their “religious” beliefs threatened by those of us who are Vaccine Refusers (and proud of it). You do what you want to with the bodies you control and I will do the same with the bodies that I have dominion over, namely, my own.

I think you and your side are making a tragic mistake, based on the epidemiology, but you are free, if freedom means anything, to make those decisions.

Oh, one more thing: the fact that in your “statistical sample” of 2, your two 3-year olds, seem to be dong well (which is nice and I hope it continues) is relevant for you personally but irrelevant to the debate: have you never heard of statistical significance?

As a child psychiatrist of some 42 years, I can tell you that what passes for “normal” today in terms of behavior, intellectual and neurological function, physical health and vitality, attention span and information retention has declined significantly from what the norms were when I was in training.

Your kids may be doing well in normative (what is most common) terms, but not at all in normal (what is correct) terms. God bless ’em, I hope they prosper, but the fact is that standards of what is normal, like educational competence, have fallen greatly over the last several decades.

Perhaps, just perhaps, injecting toxins into the blood stream of people whose nervous and other systems are in a formation process might impact them? It certainly has that impact in laboratories!

So unless you chose to believe (which would be a religious preference, since nothing in the scientific method or process could support it) that there is a magic barrier between laboratory finding and biological impact outside the laboratory, making all biological lab personnel immediately redundant and saving a great deal of time in writing and reading scientific papers and going to scientific meetings, you would be forced to conclude that your choice to inject known toxins into your kids and yourself is, at the very least, risky and that two apparently, currently healthy kids is neither here nor there in terms of what these injections and inhalations do to people.

Genetic variability, also known as biological individuality, would predict that there will be a range of effects. And so there is. Enjoy your kids, but don’t even imagine that they figure into the issue.

So I propose a unique model: freedom to determine what happens to my body and those for whom I am responsible. You know, the Constitutional sort of thing. Works for me. I suggest you and your vaccine co-religionists let it work for you.

Q. What do Carpal Tunnel Syndrom, Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy, dangerous levels of homocystein, depression, muscle growth, preventing pancreatic and prostate cancer and eye diseases have in common?

Now let’s talk about the kids. Our immune and repair mechanisms are designed to function at peak levels during childhood and adolescence. As far as Mother Nature is concerned, we are supposed to be vital, healthy organisms who need to live to reproduce and nurture our young. After that, she has a lot less use for us. We, of course, get pretty accustomed to the idea of being around and tend to believe that we have a lot to offer after we reproduce. But Mother’s plan is focused on keeping us healthy and reproductively competent so we can get the jobs of species perpetuation and propagation done. After that, she sort of loses interest in us.

Turns out Mother Nature has an evil twin, an environmental slime mold, so to speak, named “Malignant Nurture”, who has very different plans. Malignant Nurture wants exactly the opposite: you are not supposed to live and be well, and certainly not reproduce. According to this guy, you are supposed to allow the chemical, radiological and conceptual contamination of your body and your environment for short-term profit and long-term genocide. AND you are supposed to pay for it, vote for it, endorse it and revel in it.

The weaker your immune system, the more drugs you need (increasing profits). The more chemicals applied to your food system (increasing profits), the more ill you become (increasing profits). The more damaged your genetic matter, the sicker you become (increasing profits). The weaker your reproductive vitality, the smaller the population (increasing domination and elite ownership).

This latest statistic about kids who should be at the peak of their biological life developing serious liver disease is a particularly frightening one to me. You see, the liver is the regeneration champion of the body. It is so important to us that it has built in repair mechanisms unmatched by any other organ. Given half a chance, the liver can regenerate and repair itself astonishingly rapidly and effectively.
So if kids, who are supposed to have great immune function and great nutrition (after all, the human impulse is to make sure that the young are nourished, even if the others go hungry, isn’t it?) have livers that cannot regenerate themselves at a rate of 1 adolescent in 10, we are looking at nothing short of a biological cataclysm.

Think about it: if you have enough nutrients on board, and your toxic burden is manageable, your liver can repair itself.

If, on the other hand, you do not have the vitamins, minerals and proteins which come from real food, you cannot repair your liver (or much of anything else, of course).

If your toxic burden is too high, your liver, which carries out more than 500 discrete functions in the body, is primarily the major detoxifying organ, cannot operate well because it is overburdened and begins to break down instead of clearing the poisons. The “downstream” results are varied and can become life threatening very easily. GDS. But there is hope…

Habeas Corpus doesn’t die easily. Over the past decade or so, law after law has been adopted by the spineless, gutless Congress of the United States seeking to restrict the ancient Writ. Witness the killing of US citizen Anwar Al-Awlaki in Yemen, and two weeks later the murder of his 16 year old, American citizen son. Drones are so effective at keeping us all terrorized.

And yet the State wants to force us to allow the vacciantion of our children (whose bodies parents have a responsibility to safeguard) and compel our own vaccination, in violation of our religious or philosophical principles. This violates both the “Body” and our autonomy as free persons.

At that point, your skin becomes a barrier that the vaccinationists feel they have the right to pierce, and through which they claim the right to poison you, and not be held responsible for the foreseeable harms their “products” cause, unlike almost any normal product of commerce. Vaccination violates the body, violates the conscience and is uninsurable!

California passed (but Gov. Brown has not yet signed into law) a horrifying bill which rips parent rights away on the issue of vaccines, restricting religious and philosophical exemptions. But first, the CA legislature adopted another bill, allegely for sexually transmitted diseases, so children as young as 12 can accept a T-shirt, a coupon for a pizza and allow themselves to be innoculated against a virus which has NOT BEEN SHOWN TO CAUSE CANCER and IS NOT A SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE.

This one-two jab, starting with abolishing parental consent to vaccination and ending with restrictions on parental conscientious objections to vaccination. Jab. Jab.

Frankly, there are no words to decribe these despicable actions on the part of the Pharma Mafia and its minions in government.

Once these bills passed, exactly as we predicted in this forum, other states leaped onto the malignant bandwagon and there are, of of today, pending legislation to the same effect in six states.

New Jersey takes the dance of death one step further: conscientious exemption will be cancelled. Parents who wish to defer or delay any vaccination will be forced to sit through State-Speak delivered by a Comrad Doctor or a Comrad Nurse and sign a paper indicating that they defy the policy of the state. How long will it be before such a stance is tantamount to child abuse, as is now frequently the case in psychiatric and chemotherapy “medication” of children? Not long, I can assure you.

But there’s more at stake here. Whether you have children or not, YOUR right to refuse vaccinations or medications or shock therapy or …. is at stake.

By the way, a group of DOCTORS is suing a Catholic School in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, for failing to offer Gardasil to students although the school will provide free transportation to families who cannot otherwise afford to take their children to centers where vaccination is provided, if that is their choice.

The game plan is simple and transparent (and is “TRANS”, against, the parent!):

Step 1: Push out vigorous, misleading propaganda to support vaccination in spite of its dangers and unsound pseudo-scientific premises.

Step 2: Take away vaccine determination rights from parents so all children must be vaccinated with all the vaccines “recommended” by the State and manufactured by the favored cronies. No one is responsible for the foreseeable harms.
