81.0015 Presumptions. — The authority, action, and proceedings of the departme in enforcing the rules adopted by it under the provisions of this chapter shall be regarded as judicial in nature and treated as prima facie just and legal.

381.0025 2nd Degree misdemeanor for not complying with test, treatment, examination, quarantine or vaccination…

381.0025 Penalties. — (1) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, any quarantine, or any rule adopted by the department under the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. [This appears to mean a mandatory prison sentence. That’s the way I read it: 60 days. – Ralph Fucetola JD]

(2) Any person who interferes with, hinders, or opposes any employee of the department in the discharge of his or her duties pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, chapter 386, chapter 513, or chapter 514, or who impersonates an employee of the department, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

(3) Any person who maliciously disseminates any false rumor or report concerning the existence of any infectious or contagious disease is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. When we selected Panama, we knew that there was a welcoming psychology there, but we had no idea just how welcoming it would turn out to be.

As you know from previous reports, the Governor and his wife graciously embraced our work with Intensive Urban Agriculture and asked us to work with the schools of the Province and with their own gardens. We agreed and have begun that wonderful project. Little did we realize, however, that the mental and emotional readiness for such a conversion is already well developed here.

We have a group of at least 12 schools who want to learn and teach system. Later this month, we will do a presentation to a high school with about 650 people present. We are creating a living board game for the kids to make our points fun to learn. Other schools and towns are begging us to come. One of the reasons that we need volunteers here is to carry this message, and our Intensive Urban Agriculture techniques out to every corner of this welcoming land.

We recently met, as you may recall, with the people who deal with cattle raising, both milk and meat, from the Ministry of Agriculture. They were obviously impressed with what we discussed because they have asked us to help convert beef and dairy farming to organic techniques. We, of course, agreed and yesterday had a very large meeting here in the Valley of the Moon™ Eco Demonstration Project. The excitement in the room was intoxicating. When you recall that the purpose of the Valley of the Moon™ Eco Demonstration Project is, first and foremost, to reclaim the production of food for farmers and non farmers on a global basis, you will see why we are so excited. We have a series of meetings set up to begin that process with farmers.

Of course, we have many wonderful surprizes in methodology and technology in store for the farmers and we are sure that they have surprizes in store for us as we bring old and new knowledge together in order to create a clean food supply and teach our techniques to as many people around the world as possible.

Big Pharma wants nano silver off the market. The EPA and FDA are ever compliant to the interests of Big Pharma and other mega industries, so their willingness to “regulate” (read, “eliminate”) nano silver is no surprise. It is surprising that so-called environmental groups are in the game. A look at their funding, of course, makes the rules of the game obvious.

The British Monarchy Caught in a Death Scheme

http://www.larouchepac.com/node/11722 – September 10, 2009 (LPAC)—The Royal Family and panicky City of London financiers began implementing, in 2008, a new program to kill elderly and other sick people, precisely repeating the opening phase of Hitler’s 1939 T-4 euthanasia program. Under the Liverpool Care Pathway adopted for general use by the National Health Service, those showing symptoms that might foreshadow death are targeted to be killed by heavy narcotics and the withdrawal of fluids and nutrition. The new policy reportedly accounted for about one sixth of all deaths in Britain last year, according to a study by Dr. Clive Seale, of the prestigious Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry.

When the world financial system meltdown began in 2007, British imperial leaders pursued drastic shifts in funds away from public services and into bailouts of the London-Wall Street axis. They rushed into general practice an all-out euthanasia policy, that had been introduced as a pilot project in 2003-2004 by then-Prime Minister Tony Blair and royal health adviser Simon Stevens.

This British fascist “health-care reform” agenda was at the same time exported to the United States for adoption by the incoming Obama Administration.

The King’s Fund is the official agency driving the new euthanasia. A government-funded charity, called alternatively Marie Curie Cancer Care or Marie Curie Hospice, is the operations center tasked with shaping the killing program.

Prince Charles has been president of the King’s Fund since 1986, and president of the Marie Curie Hospice organization since about 2000.

What is today called the King’s Fund was created in the late 19th Century by the Prince of Wales. After he became King Edward VII, the agency was incorporated in 1907 as King Edward’s Hospital Fund for London. This was the Royal Family’s planning center for the reform of health care, in accord with the Empire’s innovation of the time, eugenics or race-purification theory.

To start up the new killing program in 2008, the Queen became the Patron, the agency was re-incorporated under the shorter name, King’s Fund, and Prince Charles and his retainers went into overdrive.

The King’s Fund and the Marie Curie Hospice were merged for action with the June 24, 2008 announcement that King’s Fund Policy and Development Director Steve Dewar would simultaneously lead the two agencies, to “develop the contribution of both organizations to the further improvement of end-of-life services across the U.K.” In July 2008, the National Health Service published its End of Life Care Strategy, developed by an NHS Strategy unit set up for the new euthanasia program.

The Marie Curie Palliative Care Institute in Liverpool is one of two centers for experimental killing regimes. Out of this has come the procedure called the Liverpool Care Pathway, with its Continuous Deep Sedation, which has recently broken into the headlines in Britain due to a public protest against the murders by physicians.

Marie Curie Chief Executive Tom Hughes-Hallett, a King’s Fund Senior Associate, chairs the “external Implementation Advisory Board” for the national End of Life Care Strategy. In his forward to the killers’ first annual report, published by the National Service in July, 2009, Hughes-Hallett wrote,

“We’re trying to change the way this country thinks about and responds to the idea of death. We’re trying to change the way the medical and social care professions think about and respond to death. We’re trying to change the way end of life care services are commissioned.”

Being a City of London financier (with J. Henry Schroeder, and then chairman of Robert Fleming Securities), Hughes-Hallett wrote further on the urgency of getting the killing program going full blast, now: “One thing that has changed quickly, and unexpectedly, is the financial climate. For this financial year and the next, the NHS has new money for this strategy. After that things are much less certain….”

In that national Strategy Report, the “end of life care pathway” starts with “Step One: Identifying people who are approaching the end of life”; it proceeds to “Step Five: Last days of life,” in which the Liverpool Care Pathway is the means of termination. After this comes “Step Six: Care after death,” or what to do with the bodies and the survivors, and proposed methods for falsifying death certificates to show a natural cause rather than homicide — precisely as was done in the Hitler T-4 program.

A National Health Service-commissioned report by McKinsey and Company, calling for saving $32 billon per year by drastic cuts in health care, was leaked to the press last week. King’s Fund chief economist John Appleby (quoted in Time magazine, Sept. 9, 2009) responded that these savings must be accomplished by finding “ways to counter rising health-care costs associated with an aging population, expensive new medical treatments and rising patient expectations.” King’s Fund chief executive Niall Dickson chimed in that, rather than doing more with less resources, “Doing less with less seems a more realistic scenario.”

The Royal euthanasia program was introduced as a pilot project in 2003 and 2004 by Simon Stevens, Blair’s chief adviser on health policy from 2001 to 2004. In 2007, Stevens went to the United States to spread the euthanasia project there. Stevens became vice president of Minnesota-based UnitedHealth, the massive private health insurance company for the U.S. and Britain. Stevens’ official job is to advise all private health insurers to get behind the new agenda for health-care reform.

Continuing as a trustee of the King’s Fund for Prince Charles in London, Simon Stevens connects President Obama with the London-Wall Street axis, for implementation of the urgent strategy in the face of financial catastrophe.

Oh, there are the usual “talking head” announcements about how dangerous H1N1 still is and a bizarre National Emergency Declaration from the President that seems to contradict his own Secretary of Health, but the juice is gone: there is no serious threat either from the disease (there never was) nor, with insufficient supplies, from the vaccine (which is where all the danger really lay). Both New York and New Jersey, the only two states with flu vax mandates, suspended theirs after we went to court on one and threatened to do so on the other. But we have a long way to go before we are finished with these threats.

Right now the government of Panama is asking us to help them turn ALL cattle farming in the breadbasket province of Chiriqui into BeyondOrganic/Biodynamic farming. Secretary of HHS Sebelius, one of the defendants in our “Stop the Shot” Federal litigation, was on cable news this morning, announcing that “the sky is falling down” so-called “Swine Flu” pandemic is peaking this week, and the rushed-to-market, un-safety tested, uninsurable vaccines will not be widely available in time to “prevent” the pandemic.

What pandemic? Nothing happening here, folks. Even counting all respiratory illness as “Swine Flu” still doesn’t make a pandemic!

So the $6.4 billion tax dollars (see: http://www.reuters.com/article/Washington09/idUSTRE59I5IR20091019) including $484 million for the dangerous toxic “oil and water” adjuvant (squalene) has gotten us exactly… nothing!

The government has purchased the drug companies’ entire stock of “Swine Flu” vaccines, a great bail-out for Big Pharma, and the public gets nothing in return. It could have been worse. Without your Push Back, the media-created pandemic could have caused real panic, mass forced vaccination and martial law.

None of that is going to happen now… but, don’t worry, they’ll be back with a “new generation” of DNA based immune-system poisons and the fight over who will control your health choices will continue!

This abrupt reversal is, we believe, a direct result of our law suit and of our raised voices speaking forceful truth to power: NO Forced Vaccinations. NO Medical Fascism. NO untested vaccines!

Our law suite forced the FDA into a corner where this pandemic cancellation was their only possible maneuver. We will pursue this law suit with vigor because we can use it to challenge the entire vaccine approval process.

Last night we learned that FDA was purchasing an UNAPPROVED vaccine made by GSK, which is adjuvanted with squalene. This drug is not, according to the FDA’s own site, an approved vaccine. Ths must stop. Our law suit will go forward to stop this illegal madness. We need your continued support for the law suit and for the net roots power that we have generated – and must keep generating.

We will continue to pursue our Stop the Shot litigation since this case gives us the opportunity to challenge all of the dangerous myths about vaccination. We do need your help to continue the case; we need to raise funds: for lawyers, to bring our experts to Washington for the hearing we expect to have in a few weeks; to continue fighting the good fight.

…The issuance of an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) referencing these inactivated-“novel A/H1N1”-influenza vaccines is stayed for Vaccines that permit the mixing of an adjuvant with a Vaccine outside of the Vaccine manufacturer’s Current-Good-Manufacturing-Practice-compliant facilities; and … Approval or use of these Vaccines be contingent upon clear restrictions mandating written fully informed consent and voluntary use, without coercion or risk of loss of liberty, right to health care choice, property, schooling, livelihood, licensure or other public good by any governmental entity.

In a stunning initial step toward victory in the battle to make our own health care decisions, citizen push back pushed back really hard. The Public Employees Federation, New York State United Teachers and an attorney representing 4 Albany, NY nurses challenged the NY State order mandating vaccination with all ACIP recommended vaccinations, including seasonal and Swine (H1N1) vaccines for nurses, doctors, aides and non-medical staff members who might be in a patient’s room. For now, the vaccinations will remain voluntary.

Natural Solutions Foundation’s ‘Stop the Shot’ litigation also deals with the rights of NY State Health Care Workers, in addition to challenging the legality of the vaccines themselves. The litigation has been filed in the District of Columbia Federal District Court in order to create a stay which has national impact. Additional states, such as Pennsylvania and California, have promulgated mandates similar to those in New York.

The Natural Solutions Foundation’s Trustee and lead Counsel, Ralph Fucetola, JD, has been asked to provide an Amicus Curiae [“Friend of the Court” brief – REL] in this case because of our extensive research and involvement with the issues in this case and we are, of course, proud to do so.

Distressingly, ACIP has been discounting or eliminating exemption categories in its recommendations for vaccinations which means that such exemptions, although allowed under the laws of all states for medical reasons and 48 states for other reasons, are increasingly not permitted for ordinary vaccinations and are disallowed for pandemic vaccinations. This is not acceptable to people who believe that, as free men and women, they have the right to make their own decisions about what goes into their bodies.

Our Federal Court Complaint filed as Docket No. 1:09-cv-01924 on October 9th has moved to its next stage: our DC lawyers have filed a Motion for an Injunction to STOP THE SHOT!

The underlying Complaint alleges that the government failed to follow its own rules and applicable legislation in rushing the vaccine approvals in the absence of any of the requisite minimum scientifically sound and appropriate testing for both safety and effectiveness as required by law since 1964.

The new Motion asks the Court to act immediately to stop the swine flu shots.

The government, which owns all the approved vaccines, has begun delivery this week of what they describe as the novel “Swine Flu” 2009-H1N1-A live virus nasal mist vaccine to 90,000 government-approved locations nationwide. Before the Court will have time to act, hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of Americans will take the nasal mist vaccine and, according to the nongovernmental physicians and scientists who oppose these vaccines, will become infectious, possibly triggering the pandemic the government has been predicting. The company which makes this mist vaccine states on their web site that their vaccine causes a “mild” case of the flu alleged to provide immunity to the admittedly mild “swine flu” which has so far failed to become pandemic.

Frankly. we do not know if we will be in time to prevent the pandemic.

The case of Null, Laibow et al. v FDA et al. challenges the legality of the September 15th, 2009 licensing of four vaccines prior to any safety testing for what the government calls a “novel flu virus with pandemic potential.” Although the government states that none of the vaccines contain adjuvants, that is manifestly untrue since the injected vaccines contain aluminum, a toxic adjuvant, and Novartis told the Natural Solutions Foundation on that same day that their approved vaccine contains MF59, their proprietary squalene adjuvant. The purpose of an adjuvant is to irritate the immune system into greater production of antibodies than it would otherwise create in response to a smaller antigen dose. Antigens are the most costly part of a vaccine to manufacture. Therefore, despite the enormous dangers, vaccine manufacturers are eager to use adjuvants.

Adjuvants like squalene (also known as MF59, ASO 1, 2, 3 and 4) are highly toxic unapproved drugs in the US. The Novartis (approved) Swine Flu and GSK (awaiting approval) vaccines contain 1 million times more oil in water adjuvant (read, “squalene”) than the devastatingly dangerous Vaccine A which caused the profound illness and death of so many previously healthy service men and women.

After you read the Complaint and the Brief and some documentation on the dangers of Squalene and similar adjuvants, it’s time to talk about what you can – what we believe we all must – do before the last second of the last minute of the now-past 11th hour has vanished and, with it, our ability to own and control the fate of our own bodies.

They know that a single angry voter is enough to knock an incumbent out of the primary round of elections and that is your power!

Push Back IS Working . . . So Let’s Keep Pushing!

The headlines in this issue of the Health Freedom Action e Alert make it clear that Push Back is certainly working. Americans are not going to take it any more. Even most healthcare workers, including doctors, refuse to take voluntary vaccines and huge numbers of them are up in arms over the mandates which they are being faced with to either take the vaccines or lose their jobs! These are the folks in the know: they routinely do not take vaccines (less than 40% of the same pediatricians who harangue you to get your kids vaccinated follow the guidelines for their own vaccinations – they do not take them!) Less than 1/3 of all UK health care professionals will take the H1N1 shot. Australian doctors do not want to take it.

Less than 40% of parents in the US want their children vaccinated with the H1N1 vaccines!

The FDA and CDC folks are now engaged in a major public relations push to counter what they call myths, and what we call facts:

The H1N1 vaccine is untested, unsafe, unnecessary, uninsurable and unscientific. If you want it, fine. If not, it should be your right, under all circumstances, to refuse the vaccine without coercion or penalty. That’s what our lawsuit is about.

The same authorities who have warned us about the potential for pandemic for months now begin to change their tune, since it’s clear we don’t buy their obscurations and since we have (and we are!) independent sources of news, on the Internet, over Radio and the like, where people have learned not to trust authority.

“The World Health Organization, the UN agency (ir-) responsible for declaring a Phase 6 “PANDEMIC” global alert over what it calls H1N1 Influenza A or Swine Flu, whose chief Dr Margaret Chan has repeatedly warned that while Swine Flu to date had been rather mild, that the emergency declaration was necessary because it “could mutate” aggressively into a deadly pandemic killing millions, now admits well into the flu season in the Northern Hemisphere that H1N1 has apparently not mutated.”

So New York’s “emergency” flu vaccine mandates, and California’s and Pennsylvania’s and every other State’s, to say nothing of the absurd US Health Emergency declared just 11 days after the Swine Flu supposedly arose for the first time ever in Mexico, are based on no emergency at all. The Emperor has no clothes on and has no flu. When you have instructions like those in Mississippi’s emergency rooms that ALL respiratory illnesses are to be classified as Swine Flu and that there is not one laboratory in the entire state which can perform the lab tests (which are shockingly inaccurate) you know that you have a very naked Emperor, indeed!

It is important to remember that the HHS’s April 25th declaration of “emergency” with its language exculpating all government officials from the harm that may occur is based on no emergency; the imminent Emergency Use Authorization that FDA will use to permit the use of “adjuvants” (immune system toxins) that have never been permitted in drugs in the United States, because the government’s own scientists will not sign off on them, will be based on no emergency.
