How can there be Health Care with No Health Freedom?

The Freedom of Choice in Equal Health Care Charter of Rights

We acknowledge the significance of your reelection, Mr. President, and its importance to the United States and the world.

It is a fundamental and inalienable right that we each own our own bodies and have the right to absolute sovereignty over them. We hold that truth as the basic definition of the distinction between free men and women and slaves: a free person controls what happens to his/her body. Someone else controls what happens to the body of a slave.

There can be no real health – and no real freedom – unless we have the absolute right to determine our own health choices, just as you and your wife reserve the right to make those choices for yourself and children. According to our most precious of foundational documents, these inalienable rights include the absolute right to:

· Clean, unadulterated food, free from genetic modification and chemical contamination, should we so choose;
· Natural health options, rejecting dangerous pharmaceuticals, including vaccines and drugs, should we so choose;
· A world free of radiation danger from nuclear power generation;
· The full range of health related information free of gag rules and censorship as guaranteed by the Constitution, statute and case law, should we so choose;
· Clean, uncontaminated air and soil, free from experimental or other aerosols introduced into the atmosphere without our consent;
· Regulatory bodies and appointees free of commercial interests, making decisions in our interest, not their own or their industry constituents, which can actually protect our interests as their only priority.

Your legislative triumphs in the area of health care can be interpreted to violate the sovereignty of our bodies and therefore must be amended to honor that sovereignty.

We therefore call upon you to spearhead the creation of a Freedom of Choice in Equal Health Care Charter of Rights.

Your regulatory agencies and government lawyers have moved repeatedly to curtail our freedom of access to information, nutrients and health options, giving primacy and profit to powerful commercial interests against the good of the people.

Your Food Safety Czar, Secretary of Agriculture and other key food and health system players are industry implants for dangerous and dangerously under-regulated industries.

Your energy policy, focused on nuclear strategies, is dangerous to the health and survival of every living thing on the planet.

We, the undersigned People of these United States, as directed by the Constitution of these United States, Petition you for Redress of Grievances, seeking full support from you, Mr. President, in achieving sovereignty and self-determination­, consistent with the Constitution of the United States.

We therefore urgently demand the immediate issuance of an Executive Order binding on all Federal Agencies and local agencies acting on behalf of your Administration, to be known as The Freedom of Choice in Equal Health Care Charter of Rights. This Charter must include provisions mandating:

· Access to clean, unadulterated food, free from genetic modification and chemical contamination;
· Access to natural health options, rejecting dangerous pharmaceuticals, including vaccines and drugs;

It is very simple: if you haven’t made and executed  an expatriation plan for your assets, you will not be able to do so without facing potential penalties so large as to render that option null and void. Eat all the foreign beef you want; just don’t send any investments there!
